Ambience
Apartment had cooking facilities no cooking equipment eg saucepans but when asked staff provided immediately
4.1
Location was excellent, near the water and not that far from Australia Zoo
There was a few ants around the apartment and staining in the carpet but appeared clean just a bit dated
4.1
Loved the quiet location, cleanliness of the room, foxtel with so many movies, loved sitting and relaxing with a coffee before check out too - which was just what I needed before going home.
My kids and hubby even enjoyed the heated pool in the middle of winter!

Room was a good size Balcony and views were lovely.
beds a little too soft.
facilities like the sportsbar were a bit plain and only open for a few hours. the golf club next door seemed off limits.
the place lacked a bit of soul prob because of the location away from everything and the time of year (winter).
Didn't have breakfast...ordered a coffee and a toasted sandwich...these were ok nothing special. The restaurant did Thai and Pizza with a limited menu so we ventured out instead both nights of our stay.
4.1
Beautiful location, amazing view. Excellent facilities, super close to shops and some little parks. Heaps of activities for kids of all ages. Less than 10 minutes to the beach. Loved the free room upgrade.
The bed was an ensemble on wheels that moved way to easily.
4.1
Very clean and comfortable
Great prawn and chorizo pizza
It’s a little bit out of the way $10-15 in an Uber to Woolworths, Pelican waters tavern etc
4.1
a clean room, plenty of space and a comfy bed. Quiet at night, good value for money. ask for a room overlooking the pool side.
Location is a little out of the way. Facilities are looking a little tired.

Nothing
My room was at the rear of the property. It was noisy from the restaurant and the smell of food was overpowering. The beds were tired and uncomfortable. The TV had Google TV but not terrestrial channels. Reception closed early so there was no interaction with the staff which left a strange feeling.

The staff were wonderful and so was the food. The inhouse hairdresser was fantastic too.

I like the aircon the balcony and the pool the most.and I liked the games room which is still advertised but not there any longer.
Bar fridge, com on guys fridge and freezer get it in a cp cottage.
Advertise dishwasher but not my room this time, false advertising.
Lots of cobwebs inside and out of room
One light switch for hallway, lounge and kitchen, ridiculous.
4.1
Staff were friendly and professional, comfortable beds, enough space for two people in a studio, undercover parking, 10 to 15 minutes drive to the heart of Caloundra and Golden Beach or Bulcock Beach and Woolies only 3-4 minutes away. Great value for money and great pool and cafe areas with plenty of seating options.
Overall, our stay was quite an enjoyable one and we'd definitely like to go back for another holiday. We were looking for something relaxing and we got it.
Only a couple of things could've changed my review from being an 8 to a 10/10. The room and the balcony really could've done with a good going over in the cornices, other corners of the room, the railing and around the sliding doors to remove spiders and cobwebs. The air dryer on the balcony also had spiders and cobwebs on it. It wasn't pleasant to keep looking at them.
The other thing was, in my opinion, the cafe could do with a few more options to choose from and a broader range of dinner items apart from pizzas. I will say, though, that the cafe served really good coffee and was perfect for my liking.
I had rung before our stay to enquire about gluten free products and was told that there are a few items always available daily but when I had guests visit, only one item was available and when asked if a gluten free toastie could be done, we were told that they normally wouldn't do a fresh, gluten free toastie. The toasties were made to the credit of the young lady who served us.
The pizza that we ordered wasn't to our liking and to be honest, was quite tasteless and rather bland. Our other guests also ordered a pizza and pretty much said the same thing. A bit disappointing so we didn't bother to order anything for dinner for the remainder of our stay.

Was close to where I was staying
The room wasn’t clean room 410 the lounge was stained and there was dust around the bed head
No tea towels to dry up kitchen
Also the pool needs shade, to swim under
4.1
The room was good, although not enough tea & coffee beveridges. WiFi was switched off the day before our last day
Did not like the limited menu on offer or the quality of the food that we received, which we had with room service. Food was basic and overpriced. We had a breakfast one morning in the cafe which was basic choice on offer and we paid over $50.00 which was expensive for what we got

The staff were lovely
The location was too far out
Everything closed by 8pm

Great
A few repair needed here and there in room

Location was convenient for the pupose of my visit to Caloundra. Underground parking is swipe access.
Pool + area is very good.
View from balcony facing golf course / mountains ... nothing better early in the morning.
Local amenities (Coles, Tavern, Bottle-o, Petrol station) about 5 minute drive.
Cupboard door and drawers on the funishing where jamming or falling off hindges. Bar fridge is just a little small for a weeks stay. Great for 1 or 2 nights.
Sometimes the secure parking main gate was left open over night, giving trouble makers access to the cars and foyer area of the building. This was a little disconcerting. In house Bar area only open 3 nights of 7, (4pm to 6pm or 8:30pm)
Some rooms have been renovated, other rooms showing their wear.

Relaxed comfortable stay. Golf Club and Course opening soon.
Swipe card didn't open access to the pool.

Our room was very outdated and the decor was terrible. Very old furniture that needs updating for the amount that we paid the room did not reflect the $$$. The resort staff were not friendly . There was no appeal to go back again and stay there.

The setting is lovely....it's quiet and serene
No transport closeby

Very accommodating and friendly staff, great room nice and cosy just what I needed.
Had an issue with the safe battery dying causing an annoying beeping but staff sorted it out in a timely fashion.

The pool and the area was really nice
Our room wasn’t cleaned well.
The bathroom taps water had the most fowl smell coming out of it like sewage smell. It really ruined the stay for us. The aircon was full of black mold.
