Fantastic location, amazing breakfast buffet and a friendly staff.

Amazing location and a fabulous breakfast buffet. The large (similar to an American queen) mattress was one of the most comfortable I’ve come across in Germany.

The tub shower combo has a very high step and is not good for anyone with the slightest mobility issue. I’d recommend that they take the tub out and configure a walk-in shower.

bene ma non benissimo

letteralmente a due passi dal lago, zona super tranquilla ristorante curato, ma parlano poco inglese.

la struttura SiebenZimmer di base è un affittacamere dell’hotel a fianco quindi le operazioni di check-in e checkout si fanno nella struttura a lato. Nulla di impossibile comunque. il problema è che la stanza assegnata aveva il bagno fuori dalla stanza!! curato ma microscopico ma soprattutto non indicato al momento della prenotazione. A mio avviso è un aspetto che dovrebbe ridurre drasticamente il costo della camera e che deve essere ampiamente evidenziato per evitare disagio ai clienti.

Unterkunft am See mit sehr gutem Frühstück

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See, toller Blick vom Balkon auf den See. Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichlich. Die Hygienemaßnahmen wurden dort vorbildlich umgesetzt.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und eng, für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist es aber okay.

sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und Mitarbeiter, außergewöhnlich abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbüffet, ruhige Unterkunft, sehr gutes Kaffee mit Restaurant im Objekt, Parkplatz direkt am Objekt, unmittelbar am Chiemsee gelegen

Bad über den Flur, mit Badewanne - keine Dusche, Zimmer und Bad renovierungsbedürftig

Great location

The location was great for a family trip to Prien am Chiemsee.

The hotel was a bit unusual as the reception was in a separate building and the building the room was in was definitely not as nice. I think the price (170 euros for one night) was a bit too high for this reason.

Hammer!

Das Buffet war gigantisch. Top! Besser gehts glaub nicht. Die Betten inkl. Bettwäsche ein Traum. Super freundliches Personal. Ich komme gerne wieder und empfehle es auf jeden Fall weiter!

In der Badewanne war etwas Laub😹 und leider, leider war in der 2. Nacht Lärm von oben, da die Personalzimmer ganz oben sind 🙀🙈

A good stopover point.

A wonderful place we had not visited before. It was a great place to stopover in, which broke up a long journey between two different mountain resorts.

Staff was very helpful, spacious and comfortable room with great location and view.

The check in is a little bit late and I wish check out was at least 12 because you don't get to stay for 24 hours there.

Excellent location, accommodation right next to the lake, port for going on trips to the islands next to the accommodation, nice room, bigger than expected, very friendly staff, good food in the restaurants...

Fantastic view of the lake and mountains from our room

We had a large, bright and stylish room with a balcony and view of the lake and mountains. We travelled off-season (it snowed a bit whilst we were there). The room was very good value for money and included an excellent breakfast in a large dining area in the adjacent hotel.

Good location but a very poor room & bathroom

Great location, excellent Breakfast

The room was very old and small - the bathroom was across the hallway (not in the room) and extremely small, showering was literally not possible due to a very very low ceiling.

amazing breakfast! comfy bed, overall good place to stop and rest from our 10 hr roadtrip

difficult to find the reception/room but we arrived after the reception closed so we figured it out ourselves, would be easier to say the reception is right next to the maximillian steak house restaurant

DO NOT stay here

absolutely nothing

the rooms are above a restaurant and to access the rooms, you walk through the kitchen. Crazy setup! Room is basically a hostel. we never got hot water in bathroom. Decor (so to speak) is bleak…wood ash from pizza oven finds its way into your bed, plaster is crumbling off of ceiling. it’s bad. There was no signage to help locate the hotel -we finally had to ask a passer by. young lady at reception was not friendly.

Slow check-in, not friendly staff but location is superb!

Location location LOCATION!! It is really near the harbour to take the ferry to Herreninsel, a lot of good restaurants around and we could also easily take the special Chiemsee bahn. Breakfast is also good and they managed well despite all these Covid restrictions (eg we wore plastic gloves when taking food at buffet). Service at breakfast is also fast. Bed was comfortable too and room was cleaned well.

Some staff were not friendly. And what was advertised on Booking.com was also not matching the expectation. After booking, they told us our bathroom was not within our room and that was a shock (as i would not have booked that as i am traveling with 2 small kids). Secondly, the room was too small for an extra bed (even though they advertised room was suitable for one adult + 2 kids). Thirdly, the entrance to the guest house was a bit dodgy (behind a restaurant where it was full of rubbish & a bit smelly). Never experienced such an entrance! ;-)
