Unser Häuschen hatte alles was man zum wohlfühlen braucht. Highlights waren die Whirlpool Badewanne, Sauna und der Kamin ☺️

Es gab nichts zu meckern

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable accommodation, etc, etc.
It would be nice if there were mirrors in the bedrooms and hooks for hanging towels or clothes in the bathrooms.

Well located and well kept with Sauna and big bathtubs and pet friendly.
I have stayed in many holiday flats in Germany and other parts of Europe and this is the first time I've been charged for sheets, towels, electricity, gas and water. This is not a hostel, staying here was almost as expensive as a 5 star hotel in the same town. We were charged 15 Euros for not throwing out the garbage (1 bag) because we didn't know where the garbage cans were onsight! 15 Euros? Outrageous! Isn't throwing out garbage what you have housekeeping for? The staff was unfriendly and condesending. The place is lovely, but the hospitality sucks, even in German standard. The property owners should also flag up the extra costs in the description on booking and not leave this to the fine print right at the very bottom.

Very nice location with a huge lake, forest and nice houses.
The house is clean, cozy and comfortable, equipped with all dishes, tools and kitchen devices. Comfortable bed.
There is a water sport equipment rent, such as kayaks, boats, etc
Good place for calm weekend.
Pretty repulsive pricing policy. Nothing is included in the quite big price, not even a towel. There is no soap or dish sponge in the lodge. Dishwasher tablets and toilet paper provided by the number of days :)
You have to pay extra for everything: linens, heating, water, electricity, tourist fee, firewood. Such pettiness leaves a very unpleasant feeling.
I've been traveling for 20 years, slept in one-star hotels and palm leaf bungalows, but I have never seen rooms without soap and linens. In the poorest country will be offered tea or water in your room and you will not extra pay for electricity.
Besides, on vacation I don't want to deal with bills and meter.
Paying 85 euros for cleaning, you have to take out the trash, take care of the dishes and even take off the linens.

This was not our first time here, we came already before COVID.
The house was really nice, very spacious and definitely would fit 2-3 couples or a couple with a few kids. It was just the 2 of us and a dog and the house was more than enough.
The spa in the bathroom downstairs was nice, although the water in the bathtub never got warm, but rather lukewarm, which for a spa is not great.
Unfortunately, this time around, we identified a few issues.
1. Not all costs are included/explicitly mentioned during the booking. In fact, after the booking (with no refund) we got an email that we would have to pay extra for water and energy consumed. This would have been fair, if the cost of it would be calculated fairly. For 2 days stay, we paid 75 Euro in energy... which is mind-blowing, as it was 2 people staying in the house and we didn't stay in the whole day with heating and sauna on. Unfortunately, it came across as a way for the residence to make extra money
2. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor in the flat

Electricity costs were extremely high for one weekend. Heating was turned to max before arrival and only noticed it next morning. Should have been more aware of the heating and the calculations involved.

Location, comfort, size, price - good
Wi-Fi- really bad
Payment process - by wire transfer, a lot of information about that is not true.
Additional payment for bed set? - first time I see something like this.

Some of the facilities and furniture have seen better days but the house is spacious, lovely and well-equipped, and it's great to have a sauna inside the residence (even if you have to pay extra for water and heating - for us it was around €70 for nine people and two nights). The surrounding area is cute and the railway station is walking distance.
Paying €10/person for sheets (which you have to put on by yourself) and €7.50/person for towels is a little minimalistic for my taste. It's also a bit of a hassle to have to write down the numbers on the water and power meters when arriving and departing.

The house was cold when we arrived and it took a while to heat up. hey are advising to use the fireplace heat up faster the place but there was no wood available.

It was easy to rent bikes and water sports equipment from the friendly and helpful staff. The lake was good for paddling and swimming - so clean!
The property was a good size, and nice to have the options of sauna and jacuzzi bath.
As advertised, the wifi is not very good.

Very nice and comfortable

Most things were great. The location is great, a few meters from the lake, and landscaped promenades all around. Very quiet place to relax, even with family.
As in most facilities of this type, the internet was not something too fast, but that was already expected.
There were a lot of ants in the kitchen and it wasn't possible to put any food there for more than a few minutes.

Nice, quiet and clean. Fire place and sauna great!
VERY expensive and unexpected costs for water and electricity!!!

The location was amazing, the park is situated at a lake and has nature all around. The apartment (not sure if that is what they call it) has all the amenities one would expect, plus a sauna, bath and separate shower - that was a big surprise and plus, we fully enjoyed that.
the fact that the during booking we weren't informed that we'd have to pay (extra) for water and electricity, and were not offered book a 'towels and bedlinnen'-set during the reservation. And the bathroom smelled off (a moldy smell perhaps?)
