The location was incredible.
Communal spaces are generous and readily available - of special note is the real fire area.
Security of the resort was exceptional, including access, parking and within the hotel/spa area.
The dining facilities are generally good, albeit the menu is quite limited.
The pool areas are nice and well kept, notwithstanding some reservations about water source and temperatures.
Across the board the staff were amazing and did their very best to make up for some slightly mediocre aspects.
Having no hot water in the room to shower for four of seven days was poor. Didn't matter if it was early or late in the day, it just wasn't there no matter how long you ran the taps! Water pressure likewise was pretty poor even with cool tepid water.
Water in the 'thermal' pools was often cool and in honesty over chlorinated. By the end of our time i began to doubt the 'volcanic thermal' nature of the water source, especially given that the 'public' open air volcanic pool higher up the slopes maintained 40+ degrees, no matter how much rain God threw down.
As a $2000+ destination i think it probably needs a bit of work. All the potential is there, but it failed to live up to full expectation.

location is a perfect hideaway
hotel and amenities are perfect with all its pools and various temperatures
staff were all exceptional, especially the waitress we had on more than one occasion Vanessa who was happy to answer all our questions
our room didn’t have a guild on what numbers to use to call reception or what time piola were open but otherwise 10/10 stay

The facility is nice, great grounds and security, helpful front desk. The breakfast is amazing! Pool times are great as well.
The pool smells like bleach pretty strongly. The pool outside isn't very nice or warm enough. The water could have been more natural, it just felt like tap water with Lisol.
You need reservation for the restaurants, so if you check in at 4pm its already too late. We were stuck with the French restaurant for dinner and the food wasn't enough, tasted terrible and the waiter didn't care about us. Expensive of course.

Overall was a pleasant stay and the pool was very nice. We would also recommend the spa. Had a wonderful massage and sauna.
Our reservation was made for a two bed room. Upon arrival, I was notified that the reservation was only made for me and we would be charged significantly more ($200 usd) for the other person staying in the same room. The food was hit or miss

The resort is located in a beautiful place just by the Puyehue National Park! It is surrounded by a crazy landscape with a view to the lake and volcanoes. It has s lot of activities from bowling to hikes.
The tip for the waitresses could've been included in the price of the package.

The pool, both, are really good and everything was very well coordinated to keep the social distance
Bowling was really extraordinary.....
probably the menu at the restaurantes could be better, but to me, and my wife, was good enough

The pools are incredible! The staff were very helpful and very kind and accommodating to our children.
There isn’t anything that could be improved because it was all perfect!

We visited several "Termas" on this trip to the lake area in Chile. While they are all quite different this resort stood out with its many modern pools. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool facilities. Our room was nicely appointed and had a great view. We were on the 5th (top) floor. The breakfast and dinner buffets were out of this world. I can only highly recommend Termas de Puyehue Wellness & Spa Resort.
What we found a bit odd is that the elevator is a the far end of the new building. You have to carry your luggage up and down a couple of stairs cases and along two rather long hallways to get to it. Yes, you can get help from the bell staff but it still felt a bit odd.

Everything was amazing. Never seen such a great hotel with all imaginable services.
The bikes should be kept in better conditions.
