Very nice staff and an excellent location to move about. especially for out purpose it was perfect.

very conveniently located.

the floor carpets were very old with stains. if this could be replaces/ cleaned will give a much better value to the property.

Warm and comfortable unit, even though a little worn around the edges.

Great location for us as we have family living in Mt Waverley. Train station was 10 minutes drive. The unit was warm and comfortable for our 4 nights stay.

There was no clothes airer to hang laundry on inside. The ironing board kept collapsing; I think it is broken.

I would like to recommend it to any people who will stay in Mount Waverley area.

The location is close to M1 and very quite as well. It is close to Shopping centres and train stations too. The service is best and the owner, Edward is so nice and helpful.

I had to scrub the yellow off the shower before my kids could wash. but other wise very clean place to stay.

Although the host was great, the quality of the unit was poor and we chose to cut our stay short

Edward the host was very polite and accessible.

The unit was more run down than lead to believe from the website. Tiles cracked and floor sinking, drawers falling apart, large amounts of dust visible throughout, 1 room had quite a moldy smell. I emptied the vacuum before using it myself and it didn't look it had about 5 years of use stored in it.

Value for money and helpful staff

Edward was very helpful. Even though the property it is quite close to the freeway to my surprise it was very quiet, much better than I expected.

lovely friendly host, place was clean and had everything we needed. only issue was the spiderwebs that they said not to

clean had all we needed

there were spider webs outside and inside only aircon in living room broken tiles in toilet and shower

I would like to come back but things would need to be improved

location and easy check in with sound proofing

I have stayed here before and it was very clean and everything worked this time the heating did not work so I was cold all night this must have been known because there was an oil heater in the bedroom. Also when I got into the shower on the first night there was hair in the shower that was clearly not mine and I had to go out and get cleaning products to clean the bathroom.
