Super comfortable stay

Spacy appartment with a nice view and very comfortable bed. Everything clean and people are very friendly and helpful. Residence is very close to subway. In very short distance there is a Lotte department store and an underground Emart where you can buy everything to make your stay even more comfortable. As there is a university around you will find a lot of restaurants and pubs. We have been there twice past 10 years and will come back.

Good location, lots of space.

Beautiful large hotel suite, good storage, kitchen, washing facilities.

Terrible view. On one side was the facade of a big apartment block, on the other was a huge rooftop air conditioning machine. This was disappointing as I had specifically requested a room with a view. The windows were filthy, so maybe I would not have seen anything anyhow.

Wir kamen zurecht, werden uns aber zukünftig nach was besserem umschauen.

Sehr gute Lage, nah an der Bus- und U-Bahn-Haltestelle.

Das Apartment für 5 Personen hatte nur eine Toilette, hier wären mindestens 2 Bäder angemessen gewesen. Obwohl wir zu fünft waren, bekamen wir nur 2 Schlüssel, täglich Wasser und Café für nur 4 Personen (4 kleine Wasserflaschen und 4 Cafés). Wir hatten 2 Doppelbetten davon 1 mit 2 und eins mit einer Decke. Eine zusätzliche Decke hätte pro Tag 23000 KRW gekostet! Die fünfte Person hatte auf dem Ledersofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen müssen, wo die Fenster nicht verdunkelt werden konnten. Alles in Allem natürlich verkraftbar, aber eben kein hoher Standard und sicherlich ausbaufähig. Das Mobiliar war veraltet und die Bestuhlung auf 3 Personen ausgelegt. Kleiderbügel waren ebenfalls Mangelware. Das Schwimmbad war geschlossen, wäre nur seasonal geöffnet und leider nicht im April. Das Personal war freundlich, professionell, aber mehr auch nicht.

Modern conveniences in the room great! Clean and spacious. Desk staff did their best to assist us. The metro is just outside - good connections to all of Seoul.

spacious 1 bed property right next to the mall, large supermarket, food court, & a Starbucks. light and airy. washer dryer was a godsend. limited cooking utensils. loved the bed that was electrically controlled to elevate legs /face etc.

Overall my stay was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any requests.

We did not eat breakfast here. The location was a little far from the city center but transportation was abundant. Also the neighborhood has just about everything you could want to buy.

The hotel could stand some updating to the rooms. Most everything was a bit dated.

Overall, I would stay there again and pay for a view.

I like that there were so much space for my daughter and I.

There were not enough kitchen supplies. I think it would have been good if they have the instructions in English on appliances.

The staff is so friendly. The room is huge. even that it mentioned there is no crib in the property they have provided me with crib for my baby.

Parking good if you drive, no room service, very basic service, good house cleaning.

Room okay, cleaning good, parking in house good. Front desk friendly cheer they most speak good English

Restaurants, no room service, no bar to relaxing, Not much info to get from front desk about the nabo hood sounding area restaurants.

This is our 3rd stay and will come back again! although a little pricey.

very spacious and clean. Near to train station.

some bathroom amenities were not available- showercap, body lotion. cleaner was too efficient and threw our food away immediately the next day even though we kept it wrapped. cleaner came in at 10am (not our request) when we were all still in the room, just to ‘clear rubbish bins and add toilet paper’.

Superb

Stay here a few times and loved it. Bringing my family here this time. Convenient location with 2 subway lines, walking distance to Kondae shopping area and Common ground. Lotte department store right below.

staff are lacking english , if you ask them they make you wait 1 hour just to find you what you want , they don’t understand what you want and the check out is at 11:00 in the morning , they don’t have smoking rooms and they are too slow
