Schöne Anlage, saubere moderne Zimmer, wobei wir Zimmer mit Poolzugang empfehlen können! Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl. Sehr schöner Strandabschnitt und sehr freundliches Personal. Auch das Hotelrestaurant am Strand war wirklich gut.

We came during the low season and the resort was still busy which is a testament to the resort and the area. We booked for 4 nights just so we can check out the area as well as the resort. We've previously stayed in Phuket and decided to add on Khao Lak for this trip and not only did it not disappoint, it exceeded our expectations and them some. From the moment we arrived to the resort, we recieved the customary Thai welcome. The staff are so humble, warm and welcoming. The vibe was just amazing from the outset.
The design of the hotel literally covers everyone's tastes. Couples, honeymooners, families young and old to older generation of people looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
As busy as it is, there are 2 buffet breakfast locations next to each other. 1 reserved for families and a quieter one for adults only which is a brilliant idea. There is a huge selection of food so it it should cater to nearly everyone, truly.
There is a store with supplies next to reception and the prices are very reasonable especially considering it's part of the resort. It has everything. Clothing, footwear, swimming gear, drinks (alcohol including popular brands) ice cream, snack etc.
Self service washing and drying machines for 50 baht each which is again an amazing idea for families in my opinion.
We booked 2 connecting rooms on the ground floor next to the mango bar so we had great access to the main beach front pool, the breakfast buffet, the talay restaurant (have left an amazing review there - check it out). The rooms were amazing truly and housekeeping was really well done.
As busy as the resort was, the 3 large pool areas (including 2 swim up bars) make sure that you have more than ample space to enjoy a swim. Again there is a kids/family pool which is really well designed that adults thoughts enjoyed it as much as the children of all ages.
Honestly? Nothing I can think of! If I'm being picky, the large central lake seems a wasted opportunity for a large pool, garden, lawn games areas to me. Thats really about it.

What a great stay we had. Breakfasts were exceptional, rooms were clean and spacious and the kids facilities were amazing.

Pools were nice, lazy river, water slides and kiddies swim area was good. Room, shower, and toilet clean and tidy. Overall, it was good and a pleasant stay. Staff are very friendly and kind. Complimentary bottle water was very good.
There are no usb points in our pool access junior suite. Floor in the shower bath area very slippery. Our breakfast in the floating restaurant was often cold ( eggs, bacon, and sausages often cold. Occasionally, we missed out on items of breakfast that were unavailable , scrambled eggs, bacon, etcetera.
Lunch was always good. The pool water temperature was way too warm and could be 4 degrees cooler. More shade over pools would be nice. The grey tiles around our pool access were always too hot to touch.
For me, I felt the price for 8 nights of $58000 thb was too expensive compared with other facilities.
Overall, we did enjoy ourselves, thank you.

No funcionaba nada los dos dias el único ascensor roto
El cuarto un desastre mi hijo se le rompió por no estar bien atornillado la escalera de la litera cayendo al suelo .
No hay manutención todo pésimo dejado y roto ..
booking no tendría que dejar que sus cliente fueran allí .
Y muchos menos pagar esa fortuna 225 euros por dos noches en un lugar así .

A good location, with lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The pools were nice, especially the beach front pool with the swim up bar. You must try the Tuna Niçoise Salad at the Coconut bar.
We enjoyed the breakfast, with a good choice and the food was nice. The Concierge was very helpful, we booked a couple of great excursions with his help. We had massages at both the Spa and beach side, both were very good.
The Seaside Junior Suite was a good size and had a nice view. Also, a nice size gym and additional leisure facilities.
I would recommend taking a taxi to Busaba restaurant for the best Thai food, the pineapple rice dish was exceptional.
Many people would reserve the pool side loungers by placing their towels and then going to the café or restaurant for food. This meant that some days we struggled to find a lounger.
We had chosen a Seaside Junior Suite with sea view and balcony. Initially we were given a ground floor room by the busy main pool, it was noisy and we didn't like the location. We asked for a different room and were given a room which was very tired looking, it needed some repairs and re-paint where the walls were damaged etc.

Toller Kids Club (indoor) mit sehr guten und freundlichen Personal.
Wir waren nun schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel. Zuletzt vor 4 Jahren.
Damals zum Preis von ca. 140 Euro/N in der Haupsaison (Januar).
Diesmal buchten wir eine Junior Suite im März/April ca. 200 Euro/N), welche sich, außer dem Preis, nicht von den normales DZ unzerscheiden ließ.
Mittlerweile ein völlig ueberzogenes Preisniveau im Gegensatz zu anderen vergleichbaren Hotels in Khao Lak.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes (Osterferien) gab dort viel zuviele Pauschaltouristen mit Kleinkindern.
Zulange Warteschlangen am Frühstücksbuffett und an dem Kaffeeautomaten. Davor wurde noch am Tisch serviert.
Auch die Pools machten keinen so sauberen Eindruck mehr.
Der Strand ist aufgrund der Steine und der Strömungen fast nicht nutzbar.
Bade-Schuhe sind ein Muss.
Check in unfreundlich und "welcome drink" soll man sich selsbt aus einem Dispenser zapfen...
Die üblichen Erfrischungstücher gab es auch nicht mehr....

Brilliant facilities for children. But also the quieter pools were nice to relax. Rooms were nice and clean too. This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the main road where you will find lots of places to eat , drink and shop. Food is already cheap in Thailand but even cheaper to eat out in this area. Tip: if you tell local taxis you want to go back to the sands they charge a bit more! If you get dropped off at the nearest bar its less!
The resort is big, so it was very busy. Unfortunately, the brits were out with towels first thing every day. This annoys me, and I'm a brit. Not a reflection on the hotel but something to consider if you want something smaller.... look at the leaf on the sands or oceanside (same hotel group)

Kid’s facilities was good. Direct access to the pool from the room was nice. Cocktails were quite good. Room service was quick when you order something. Kids indoor play area was great.
Staff wasn’t very friendly. Was there for 3 nights and the buffet breakfast was pretty much the same everyday. Even though we booked a particular room based on the description and pictures in bookings.com we were given a room on a different wing. We wanted a pool access room closer to the kids play area. This is what we paid for. We were give the pool access room but not closer to the kids play area. We were told the guest needs to request this. Ultimately after 25 mins of checking time we were given the room but that room was dirty. Room service came and did a deep clean. We were given a dinner voucher as a good will gesture. Great hotel but lot of attention needs to be given to customer service, cleanliness and food.

Tolle Auswahl, trotz vieler kleiner Kinder, gesitteter Umgang, guter Kaffee, gute Eierstation. Obstauswahl gut und es wurde immer nachgelegt. Wurst und Käse für Europäer etwas unterversorgt, aber man ist ja auch nicht in Deutschland. Zimmer ordentlich, aber sicher nicht in Top-Zustand. Strand waren wir nur kurz.
Teilweise schwierige Verständigung aufgrund fehlender Englisch-Kenntnisse. Dies führte teilweise zu Missverständnissen, z.B. Nudelsuppe ohne Nudeln aber mit dreifach Fleisch. Personal aber insgesamt immer sehr bemüht. Wir wurden bei unserem 2. Aufenthalt in eine eine Zimmerkategorie eingecheckt mit nur einem Drittel der Terrassengröße. Nach etwas hin und her haben wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Personal an den Poolbars teilweise mit sich selbst und ihrem Smartphone beschäftigt und nicht mit den Gästen.

האוכל במלון יקר יחסית למלונות אחרים ששהינו בהם בתאילנד, אבל המלון נמצא 3 דקות הליכה מהכביש הראשי ויש מלא מסעדות טובות וזולות בחוץ.
הבר נמצא בתוך הבריכה באזור של הילדים, מסביב לבריכה מונחות כוסות זכוכית שהשאירו אנשים, גם באזור של הג'קוזי, לוקח הרבה זמן עד שאוספים אותן.
בחדר יש ריח של רטיבות/עובש כשנכנסים, אבל הם הביאו מסנן אוויר לחדר והמצב השתפר מהר מאוד.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Lage ist wirklich top. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr toll! Auf der einen Seite liegt es direkt am Strand und auf der anderen Seite kann die kleine Stadt fußläufig erreicht werden. Die Kinder hatten große Freude mit der Hotelanlage (Rutsche, Lazy River, Wasserpark). Es gibt in der kleinen Stadt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zu essen, eine Apotheke, einen Arzt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wir waren viel mit dem Tuk Tuk unterwegs (zB Schildkröten Nursery, Night Market und Coconut Beach).
Leider war unser Zimmer nicht besonders sauber.

What a great surprise this place was. We joined another family who already booked, without knowing anything about this property, and it was just perfect for a family.
The water feature for kids are so nice, the kids club is great, the rooms are perfect.
The food (especially poolside) could use an upgrade. As the only thing we can order is from the room service menu, the choice is very limited and not really great, at that price.
A poolside towel station would be much better than having to carry towels from the room every day.
The showers at the beach need to be fixed.
