Petrópolis é magnifica.

A localização é ótima e a equipe muito atenciosa. Bem legal ficar em um casarão histórico.

O café da manhã é muito demorado. Por mais atencioso que sejam, o processo lento e a comida quente chega fria. o black-out do quarto não é bom e tem um pouco de cheiro de mofo. Deve ser pela idade da casa. Mas poderiam tentar resolver.

Uma volta ao século XIX

Estar num lugar carregado de história é bem gostoso. O hotel tem seu charme. Boa gastronomia. O camarão do jantar estava divino. A truta que marido pediu decepcionou.

Solar do Império é um clássico cheio de história em Petrópolis. Mas o quarto que ficamos embora voltado para o jardim, pegava muito barulho da rua. Foi uma noite difícil. Travesseiros muito duros, toalhas de banho bem gastas para o padrão do hotel. Alguns reparos precisam ser feitos. A construção é antiga. A manutenção precisa estar mais atenta. Nosso banheiro estava com acabamentos feios, a luz do ar condicionado não tinha como apagar trazendo uma claridade incômoda para dentro do quarto. Abrimos a janela o barulho de carros e motos não nos deixou dormir.

de mesas reservada no cafe da manhã. não tinha essa informação quando escolhi o lugar fui informada q havia uma reserva p outra pessoa. isso precisa ser claro para o hospede precisa ser informado.

Uma comemoração

As instalações são fantásticas, o atendimento é primoroso, a localização é excelente. Enfim, é um excelente hotel.

Senti falta no café da manhã de um outro tipo de bolo (só tinha bolo de cenoura com cobertura de chocolate) e de mais variedade de pães, como: croissant e brioche, pois só estava oferecido no buffet mini francês simples e com gergelim. Embora, tivesse uma grande variedade de opções a la carte.

Spacious bedroom suite, with a huge bed. elegant public spaces, especially the dining room. Central location. Good breakfasts.

Nothing really, although it is on a busy road. We were ok with a quiet room but others might not be luck. Dinner disappointing, fish rather tough and tasteless.

Delightful Stay at this Historic Property

Beautiful hotel with wonderful, helpful staff. Incredibly classy place with lovely grounds in the heart of town. What more do you want?

Muita pompa, grande decepção

It is a beautiful building, in a nice location. The sheets were soft, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the room was clean. And that's about it. This hotel did not meet my expectations. For the price, I was expecting more luxury. The outside is nice, and it is a beautiful historic building. But that's about it. There were no toiletries: big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap hanging on the wall is something that you find in cheap motels in the US. Luxury hotels (and for the price paid, this should be a luxury hotel) have mini bottles, bar soap, body lotion, shower caps, etc. I was very disappointed. The breakfast was awful as well. They could never get my eggs done right (always raw, and when I complained, it was overcooked). Very lame menu and skimpy buffet.

Amazing experience!

The gardens are beautiful and peaceful, the rooms are amazing and super comfortable also. I loved having all the meals in the garden, which they facilitated for us. The restaurant is high-end and offers a great menu selection.

The spa area and pool are a little outdated and quite small, but still nice. If this section was renovated this would be definitely a 5-star hotel!

Refreshing stay with an amazing history class :)

We really love the staff, they were a huge difference on our stay. Super attentive to the details! They did everything they could to accommodate our 1 year old needs!! The breakfast was good and attend our expectations!

We missed a coffee machine and water kettle in the room, but it was not a big deal! We managed to get our night tea via room service, and they also can serve the coffee at their garden! I coffee machine would be the cherry in the cake!
