The size of villa

The fact we couldn't get a 1 night credit due to unforeseen family circumstances which meant we had to get home 1 night early..people cannt hp when they get sick.

if you don’t care about being touch with ppl and can forget your phone while you stay it’s great and you will love it.

the location is what makes this property great. there’s 3 pools to choose from and a beach just a few metres from the pool. nice tropical gardens

the rooms are a bit dated and so is the bathroom. the bed was really soft and sunk in the middle. there’s no bathroom near the pool area so you might need to run to your villa if you need to go. there’s no mobile reception in the rooms so we had to walk to the pool area to be able to get messages and make calls.

Ok but not great - lots rules but not many real benefits when just overnight stay.

No breakfast which meant we had to go searching for somewhere before our 8am start. Spacious quiet

Strong smell of urine in toilet area before we had even used it! One bed was lumpy and uncomfortable which restricted sleep to just one side of bed. A light which came on outside on approach when arriving in dark would have been helpful. TV was not a smart tv which restricted watching choice

Pool and grounds were great.

The deluxe villa was yuk ants everywhere milk in fridge was off. And I thought I was going to have a kitchen as that was the picture I saw when I booked it. Fridge door seal was also coming of so couldn't keep stuff cold. Not good value for money at all. Didn't take any pictures as we didn't want to show our friends the room as it wasn't up to my standard.

the bath had been patched up- looked u hygienic and not very nice. the Villa was quite dated and old. the pools were good, however old with cracked and broken tiles

We stayed at 114 unit. It was a great location just right next to the beach. My kids enjoyed the pool and spa but it would be nice if there is toilet nearby. We have to go back to the unit if we need to use one which is a bit of a walk for us. Thai restaurant on sight has amazing food. Garden was beautiful very well maintained. Thanks to the wifi as I don’t have reception on my phone.

The unit we stayed needs a good clean. Its very dusty. Bathroom floor needs good scrubbing. Kitchen wares weren’t clean properly so I have to washed them again before using it. Property manager was trying to kick us out a day early as he stuffed up the dates 😂 Overall great experience still.

Disappointing

Staff were amazing.

Unfortunately the unit balcony was unsafe for my children and I was unable to even let them out onto the area as they would have fallen through the gap on the balcony which does not meet NSW building standards. Photos can be presented. Given that ages were provided, I'm not sure why we were put on the second floor. There were also dust bunnies hanging from the roof. Photos can be provided

Fabulous location

The location is excellent, with a beatiful beach just in front.

Perhaps I didn't read the information correctly but it seems that some of the services are no longer available or were closed. That may be because our stay was over a weekend but it was school holidays so presumably a busy period.
