My first choice of accommodation in Canberra

Perfect location. Spacious suite with full facilities. Love the Easter activities that kept my kids entertained.

Lift is ridiculously slow, could not understand how it took 5 mins wait and went pass 3 times without stopping while the building has only 7 floors accessible including car park.

The breakfast service was disappointing staff chatting and food was cold

Reception staff were fantastic. Rooms were modern and spacious TV could have been a little larger in the one bedroom suites.

Check in was seamless, reception staff are lovely. Bed was a good size and comfortable. Louis restaurant is exceptional

It’s a bit dated - could do with some more modern upgrades like smart tvs. Room service and housekeeping services are slow

Luxury in Canberra

Beautiful suite with a bed like a cloud and a bath to die for. Absolutely loved my stay.

One of the lifts was out so getting up and down on the first day was very slow, but that could not be helped.

Very comfortable beds, large rooms (2 bedroom apartment). Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking

Swimming pool and gym were closed by 5pm. The room was clean but didn’t feel like it had a deep clean for a while.

A nice relaxing hotel

Super comfy large bed, dark block out curtains making it easy to relax! The room was a nice size for a hotel and super comfortable. Spa was nice and warm! And free parking on site was a bonus, as well as local cafes and restaurants close by.

Room was a little unclean for the price, stains on the floors and spider webs above the bed and on windows and seals , marks on mirrors and walls. despite the room feeling clean with bed and towels being super clean the little details make it less then 5 star and not matching the price we paid.

hotel photos on booking.com show an image of a pool that is misleading, actual pool looks vastly different. Deciding factor for us when choosing the hotel was the quality of the pool so we were very disappointed when we found out about the pool.

The Realm made our weekend absolutely perfect and definitely a night my daughter and new son in law will not forget

our daughter had her reception at The Realm , we had most our guest staying here as well , the staff and hotel were very accommodating to all our needs.

Disappointing

Breakfast was good, however no buffet was provided. the room was big and quiet

Im very disappointed with my choice! During at 2 nights stay no one came for cleaning/ house keeping, regardless of my attempt to call the reception 3 times and It went on voicemail, i had to go by person to let the receptionist know our room needs to be clean/ towel change, no changes! When we arrived and wanted to use the pool we noticed that it is closed on Sunday evening while no body explained us or no information in the booking time, so it was a big disappointment and then the day after when we went to pool we were told to book an appointment in advance, as there should be only 4 people in the pool each hour so another frustration and no one given us any information in advance. Our bin was full of rubbish during our stay as nobody cared!!! We had to use the wet towels again due to the lack of house keeping

Room was smelly and stuffy - we had to leave the window wide open all the time to make it bearable (luckily it was cold weather as there is no flyscreen). Room was very small. Breakfast arrangement was poor (no buffet). Restaurant was packed (waited over an hour to get an evening meal).

We enjoyed Canberra but the hotel was a little disappointing.

The room (not the bed) was very comfortable, bathroom lovely. Good blockout curtains.

Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Aircon could not be altered and the room was very hot. Burger from Ostani for room service disappointing. Breakfast also disappointing, eggs over cooked and hard, bread/toast very ordinary.
