Comfortable and convenient

Comfortable, convenient, good size room with sofa, great tv.

Bed was not up to the standard of the rest of the room. Auto entry with code convenient but no personal welcome or liaison with staff.

Pleasant

The front office staff member was excellent! Very helpful and considerate. The pool was good.

Poor facilities for eating in the room. No sink for washing up, the cutlery and crockery was in the microwave as there were no cupboards for them. Would have preferred a queen size bed and more room to move about. Did not enjoy seeing dust spirals on the ceiling fan above the bed or grime on the bathroom skirting boards and ceiling.

Quiet, clean & comfortable.

The room was huge & clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Very spacious all round indeed.

A shelf in the huge bathroom to place your toiletries would be nice & a towell hook or two would be useful. The Dining facility was not available for use which was disappointing so we had to travel back into town.

Was about 2 ks from centre but a pleasant walk and they do a curtesy bus to town, receptionist very helpful would stay

Was spacious we had king bed room

The bathroom needed somewhere to put wash bag etc as there was nothing and I think probably needed a shower screen as water went everywhere but certainly ok

our stay was convenient but wouldn’t stay there again as I didn’t get value for the money you pay for the room

the floors hadn’t been vacuumed properly There was ants all over the floor in the bathroom there were a couple of bugs on one of the single beds The wine glasses were filthy, I had to ring up and get fresh clean glasses

Great thanks to kindness of staff

Restaurant was excellent Breakfast plentiful and good choice Buffet dinners were really good with huge variety Naomi and her staff were very friendly and always helpful even giving us breakfast at 6am one morning when we had an early start despite the normal opening time being 7.30

Don (a/manager kindly helped us with transport to nearby attractions as we are una Le to walk any distance

The room was overrun with insects - crickets? They were in the sheets, jumping on you while asleep, in the bathroom. It was hard to sleep - I don't know what could be different, except maybe fly screens?

After driving for over six hours with a family, it was a relief to arrive at the hotel and have a nice, hot shower.

The size of the room was good.

INSECT INFESTATION

big pool and lots of beds in the room.

room was full of insects, ants almost carried our food away. the gaps under the doors were huge meaning more bugs were entering all night. bad mosquito problem.
