Staff smiling and helpful . Good extensive breakfast . Rooms good but only if overlooking park .
15 minute queue for breakfast on Saturday . For the room rate paid this is not ok . Poor outdoor pool- small and crescent shaped so not possible to swim properly in it . And noisy because of main roads . Hotel is situated at busy road junction in unattractive part of town

The breakfasts were to expensive. I feel it is overpriced and I was not allowed to my payment for it online using my Amex card.
I still have not received a detailed receipt for my stay. I believe this was to be emailed to me.

Enjoyed the breakfast . Felt it was a bit pricey but a wonderful selection. We did have breakfast a bit late and found they starting removing food from the Buffett in order to set up for Christmas Eve brunch . Staff apologized for gently prompting us to finish, but in hindsight probably best to have made us aware before we sat down.

spacious elegant and comfortable
nothing especially

breakfast room and service is superb. Flowers and decoration in the hal are superb as well
Rooms are large.
The idric service in the room was malfunctioning.
Water was coming out not smooth, often with impurities and it took time and patience to mix hot and cold water.
In summary, water system in the room needs better maintanance

The property is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

all fine but very old. spa is good
paying very high price for suite and they cannot even carry up ice cream food delivery for “security”. Not 5stars. staff very friendly, simply bad management. literllay 30min checkin (no waiting in line, just a million useless questions instead if just giving the key). incredibly slow.

NOTHING!!!! It was perfect!!!!

Freindly helpful staff, great pool, great location
The hotel itself was tired and rooms need updating. No kettle in the room. Bar Food round the pool was very expensive. Our shower and electricity both stopped working at times.

This hotel is magnificent, and the service is even better
Nothing. It was fantastic

Love the interior design of the hotel! I had a lovely time exploring the beauty of the hotel & the view of the city from the rooftop. I enjoyed the indoor pool & sauna the most especially since it was empty most of the time. & the hotel has a cute little vintage shop inside. It was such a nice & relaxing stay. I had already spent a couple of days in Lisbon & Sintra before & it was nice to have some quiet time away from the tourism before my next destination. The staff was also so kind & attentive!
the only thing that was unusual was that the bath water was running an orange/ yellow color. It was midnight & I felt like taking a bath. Thankfully it wasn’t a big deal as I had taken a shower earlier & in the next morning it was clear again.

Attention to detail. Friendly and professional staff. Ambience. Beauty. Pool.
It’s not cheap!

The renovated rooms were incredible.

The hot breakfast selection offered via the buffet was very poor.
Grilled tomatoes were terrible as the tomatoes were not ripe. It wasn’t the colour as I am aware of variations with Iberian tomatoes. There were not ready to eat.
The only sausage offered was a chicken one which was so hard and inedible. Scrambled eggs finished. No fried or poached eggs offered. No real bacon-offered, only turkey ham. Who eats that? When I ordered a black coffee I deliberately stated I wanted proper coffee, not American filtered rubbish. What did I get? Filtered watered down luke warm American style crap. When I enquired with a senior staff member she apologised, agreed re the sausages and tomatoes blaming me for arriving too late and promised that I would have a much better experience if I arrived at 8 am the next day (Sunday). Really??? Not a chance of that happening. Anyhow, I then enquired whether Ritz could sell a proper coffee to which she answered yes. I also ordered poached eggs on toast. After waiting fir 20 minutes I gave up and walked down the street to enjoy a decent coffee.
This experience should have have occurred at any 4 or 5 star hotel, let alone the Four Seasons Ritz whom rate themselves so highly. Why not provide a coffee making machine in the breakfast area for customers to use themselves like other decent establishments, rather than serve crappy, soulless and warm filter coffee or whatever it is that you serve your customers that pay way over the top prices. In our instance we paid €1480 per night for 3 nights for a 42 m2 room ( which was nice but way too small for the price) which didn’t even include breakfast.
