The hotel is convenient to the town and the staff was friendly. They had plenty of bottle water service and the hotel was very clean.
Opening and closing the gates for parking. It was a minor inconvenience only

There is no breakfast. I used the hotel for my last minute repacking of bags and timing for my flight and rental car return. It served my purpose.
There was a Mexican family whose child threw a temper tantrum from 9 to 10 PM. This disturbed my attempt to rest before a challenging return travel to back home.
This hotel needs a few more clothes hangers.

Nice place. No frills. Big room. Everything worked except the wifi didn't work in the upstairs room. Had to go out on the terrace. Staff very friendly. Secure on site parking. About 10 minutes walk to restaurants. Nothing nearby. We drove everywhere. Easy to find parking

Very clean, comfortable bed, good showers.

Great simple hotel. Gated parking area. 20 min walk to the waterfront, 10 to the square. Spacious comfy rooms.
Access to a fridge and/or microwave would be really helpful - even if it was in a communal area.
8.0
The free parking, the friendly welcome, the modern decor.
It seemed a little expensive compared to other similar properties we have stayed at in Mexico.

Conveniently located, gated parking and park in front of door, friendly staff, great hot shower.
Room is basic

Nothing fancy, but clean with gated parking and walkable distance to the malecon and restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful.
Nothing to complain about...

The room was well appointed and nicely kept up. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower hot. There were 12 foot ceilings and a lovely carved headboard and mirrors. The white tiled areas had dolphin trim tiles. The room had a coffee maker with really good coffee. It was really quiet. Good wi-fi. Both reception and housekeeping were helpful. Parking was good. The dog could run in the courtyard. The gate was locked from 8-8 at night and we felt really safe. (We had a key.)
There seem to be several dogs living on the property. Two of them bit my dog. No harm done but scary.

Very clean and secure, staff is very friendly. Pet friendly is a nice feature
Barfridge and micro should be standard in any hotel these days, especially if you are charging over $100/night.

Staff are excellent.
Bedside lights are annoying. They either shine right in your eyes, or if pointed away are not bright enough to use.

very friendly staff, clean room , water available

Good location; not on the beach but directly across from a gas station which was a higher priority at the time! The hotel had gated entry to the parking area which was locked overnight, so we felt safe leaving our fully-loaded car there.
Had some issues with the water. Went to take a shower after dinner and there was no water. Messaged the front desk and they rectified the problem. Unfortunately it returned later.

The girl at the reception was super friendly and accommadating. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, a great hot shower and good WiFi. The hotel is just a short walk from the historic city centre, with lots of nice restaurants. It was nice we could park our car on the hotel's private and secure terrain.
Everything was fine

Good value for money considering Loreto is expensive town to stay.
There is 100 peso charge for pet.
