Very disappointed, would not return

The only thing that could be liked was the location, very central

First impression of office locked and no one to great or give key should have given us an incite into the stay, rooms extremely outdated, broken doors left you feeling very unsafe, could benefit from a deep clean, local reputation is very undesirable, pictures left us wanting more, massively overpriced for facilities available.

Not impressed.

Nothing! The water was dripping all night. The TV had poor reception and one of the power sockets was lose

Unclean facilities and for some reason the hotel took my money but decided to cancel my booking. When queried about the money, response was initially silence then “I don’t know, you stayed at the facility “.

shower pressure was brilliant - everything a bit worn out.

the shower pressure was brilliant. the bed was comfy.

A wee tad noisy - you could hear other people on each side. this may sound petty - but there was no iron in the room.

Bed & Shower was good

we weren’t given a key, cup & saucer were stuck together (not clean) Smoke alarm missing, tissue holder empty, flushing noises, woken at 5am by people talking loudly outside room.

Clean and comfy bed, a slight feeling of being unsafe. Worries for our car over night.

No contact from reception as we were checking in late. When we arrived the hotel looked like it was closed/had long term tenants. I rang the reception and they advised me to go to another hotel over the road and keys would be in the room. There were no keys in the room but the beds were clean and comfy. A very different check in process.

Check in, having to change hotels, booked hotel looking closed.

The stab marks in exterior of the entry door; the missing door chain (just a chair to wedge against the door for security); the missing light bulbs; the broken power points; the filthy bedspreads; dirty floors and surfaces; the unsavoury stain on the inside of the bathroom door; inadequate crockery/cutlery for the number of occupants - but decided not to eat in our room anyway as we deemed too unhygienic; the complete lack of onsite presence for reception or assistance; the disconcerting noises through the night; inadequate space between the beds - almost sleeping face-to-face; TV didn't work; full payment removed from our account on booking

Appalling service, but clean.

Quiet location.

I was put into another motel across the road, not the one I booked. Rooms were sub par compared what I actually booked. Kids screaming in the next room between 2am and 4am. Advised the owner of this and requested another room was advised he will give me one next time I come back not for the next 2 nights that I had already paid for.

The junkies that were yelling outside our window through the night, then knocking on our bathroom window in the morning looking for someone.. did not feel safe at this place at all

The windows was open prior to arriving, so the room smelt like smoking due to Care Taker sitting out front of the next room. Sheets felt dirty. Care Taker was load and screaming/ arguing until after 2.30am

Good location

Reception was closed when got there around 5pm. Didn’t answer doorbell so rang girl then came to door opened it slightly and passed key to me with your in room 5. Lamps didn’t work, no bath mat , exhaust in bathroom was extremely loud.

No receptionist on site on arrival. No instructions on how to contact reception. No complimentary water or milk. Basic tea and coffee No hair dryer or no iron/ironing board over priced under serviced compared to competitors

Did not enjoy it we did not stay the night tried to ring the manager no answer was not a safe environment to stay in, Looked like 6 homeless people walking around at night in the dark in the car park on mobile phones without any shoes on No Cars in the car park yet people working around the Car Park at night Were they quests? We were scared for our lives We did not want to leave our car in the car park WOULD IT HAVE BEEN THERE IN THE MORNING the rooms were not clean The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and did not work Globes where missing in the lights in the Room half the lights did not work The Fridge was Rusty inside and out and did not work Told by neighbours that the Police are called to this property quiet Often

Not safe for the solo traveller.

Location was good. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly. Upgraded room was nice.

There was fresh blood around the place - a bloody hand print (that browned over 36 hours) on the bathroom door, blood spattered on the carpet, bedspread and couch. Someone tried to enter the room with a key at 1:20am on the second of the 3 nights I had booked (didn't stay the third night and I'm glad I had the chain on). The place seems to also have long term accommodation which appears to have some addicts living there.

There is a lack of signage on the building to even tell you it is a motel or the name. The access to parking has a low car port with out hight information displayed. The room was not ready even though we arived well after our check in time. The room stunk of heavy smoking to the point it make you feel sick. Fridge vibrated and made noise all night. The aircon intermittently worked when we finally got it to turn on. A nice list of included items that where no where to be found. Not like the pictures.
