convenience only - no frills and not in keeping with welcome of regional town - but price gouging in comparison to other

convenience of location and only motel room left in Glen Innes for the Saturday night - although way over priced for the description and price and inclusions - owner pleasant.

didn’t have a superior queen size room and old in style very small and no continental breakfast included - no food in premises actually.

Excellent place to stay & visit

Everything was great but being on the main highway a little noisy but we were fine with it because we seem to be a ble to sleep through most things.

Crockery & cutlery would have been handy. Being elderly we had our own in our picnic basket

The sign out the front!.

You get what you pay for.Beds old and uncomfortable. Paper thin walls. Road noise.

Very good

We loved our stay at the Clansman Motel, the hosts we're very helpful. Rooms were affordable, comfortable and close to town. Will stay here again when next in town.

bed was super comfy, room was spacious, electric blanket was lovely. Liked that toaster and microwave were provided

shower design not the best, water leaked all over the floor even when we turned the water on super slow and careful.

The facility was totally misrepresented by Booking.com The rude manager suggested I direct my complaint to Booking.com

Overpriced

The website indicated breakfast was included but staff said was extra cost. Very misleading. Although the bed and room were comfortable the cleanliness was questionable.

Clean and affordable.

Motel is on main highway into Glen Innes from Tamworth but a little way from CBD and food outlets. Affordable and clean but you get what you pay for. We were looking for a relatively cheap and clean room and shower for a one-night stay.

When I booked online the reservation promised breakfast but there was no breakfast. Also no cutlery and plates in the room. I suppose that’s because people steal them.

clean room, electric blanket control had black tape on it which meant dodgy, terrible soap and shampoo, no conditioner, old towels, screen door lock broken, terrible milk supplied, the whole hotel needs desperate updating for the price they charge. Chinese owned which says it all.

chinese owners, no privacy from next door units, toiletries, towels, very old hotel needs updating, the front of the hotel at bbque and seating was very ugly and unappealing, horrible

Comfortable stay at reasonable price at Glen Innes

Comfortable bed. Fluffy towels. Light heater in bathroom and reverse cycle air conditioner kept room warm.

Hot water in shower was difficult to adjust to right temperature, but shower was good once set.

Bad experience, wouldn't stay again. Not Pet-friendly although was advertised as this on Booking.com

The bed was somewhat comfy.

The place came up as pet friendly so we book & paid however, after an 8hr drive we were met with a very irate manager who told us we couldn't stay. We showed him the booking details through booking.com as 'pet-friendly' but he still yelled at us in front of out kids and other patrons, Thankfully the previous hotel owner was there to diffuse the situation and they decided to charge us extra for cleaning. This is a fault of Booking.com rather than the hotel but the manager did not have to yell at us. On top of that the place is very dated, carpet was filthy and toilet seat fell off. We didn't feel comfortable using the shower. I love Glen Innes but I would not stay at this motel again. And note to others, it is NOT pet-friendly. And no WIFI although it was advertised.
