It was a memorable stay.

Breakfast was pretty good. As per the expectations. The delicacies were mouth watering and immaculately cooked with perfect flavours for the dishes to the regions these belonged to. Room was big and spacious with ample space to store the luggage. The rooms had big wardrobes and liked the working table which was pretty big enough to work properly.

We couldn't understand the numbering system of the rooms. We were at the 2nd floor and the numbering system mentioned the Room no. as 14XX. Also I expected a bigger Gym. Many of the hotels, I have seen far bigger Gyms even though they were not luxurious as ITC and were far lesser in cost of stay too.

All good and Particularly Ms Akanksha who made arrangements for cake and little decoration in room since the purpose of this short stay to celebrate my wife's Birthday 😌

Slightly give more attention to your Guest even if you are having some other group Function at the Property

Pinnacle of Rajasthani hospitality

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and smells beautiful. The staff are always more than happy to help wherever they can and the attention to detail is exemplary. The food across the different restaurants was delicious. The beds were super comfy.

There were a few stains on the wallpaper in the room but other than that we had an amazing and unforgettable stay.

Lovely family break

Fantastic spread at breakfast and lovely buffet options. An incredible dining experience at Peshawari. Central location in the city center and easy access to monuments and bazaars. Staff is extremenly courteous and respectful.

Would have love a cup of “desi” chai at breakfast. Only teabag teas on offer. Noise from individuals partying late into the night - reception took no action. Very busy which meant neither an early checkin or late checkout could be honoured.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, great location.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location and amazing hospitality. We got a free two room upgrade to a beautiful suite. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel was grand and they had entertainment for everyone everyday where you could see the traditional Rajasthani dance and music. My boyfriend was serenaded by the singer and was gifted a traditional scarf by the guard and that made his stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

When we were sitting in the courtyard in the evening, they sprayed what I assume was pesticide without giving out a warning, maybe next time they could inform their guests or schedule at a different time.

Very old rooms and bathroom linen bedsheet and towels were very old and lot of sound was coming from out side road and flyover which was next to the hotel in could not sleep whole night because of sound coming from road. Hotel rooms need upgrading of every thing what was kept in the room including the bed ,linen , pillow and mattress!

Good hotel in a location that’s midway between tourist destinations.

Excellent location, beautiful property. Wonderful staff, very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was wonderful. The chefs and chef interns were very nice and accommodating.

Needs some upkeep. For example, carpets at some locations in the hallways need replacement.

Have always been a big fan of ITC properties and this one was brilliant as always but what really sticks out was the hospitality and the quality of their staff, truly exemplary!

It was perfect, I cannot even nit pick for the sake of it!

the property is beautiful and well maintained

kids room was not maintained, dirty and no attendants for kids. Swimming pool was not maintained and no temperature controls in the pool. water was very cold. very limited buffet options and not tasty as well

the pidgeon droppings by the poolside bar were on the ground but also on chairs - not a good sign of cleanliness - should deal with restricting pidgeons resting above this area, but whilst waiting for that the least necessary is daily wash downs on that area - not done for the 2 days we were there

There was an evening traditional dance which was lovely. The breakfast was good. The room was a good size, beds were comfortable and the food was good.
