Sehr gutes Hotel, mit guter Ausstattung. Alles ist sauber und neu (oder wirkt zumindest so). Gute Lage zum Flughafen. Erstklassiger Service.

Nicht relevantes zu beanstanden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung, klar bei einem für die Region etwas höher angesiedeltem Preisniveau.

If you don't come back for the great rooms you will definitely be back for the phenomenal service.

The rooms, at least the suite that I stayed in, was extremely spacious. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and were extremely comfortable. The beds are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are great although I really wish they had a health faucet. Breakfast was great, good spread with live stations as well. Service on the whole is some of the best I have ever experienced. And the pool was a super hit with the kids.

The ELEVATORS. For a hotel with that many rooms they really did not pay attention to the number of elevators required to handle those volumes. When the hotel is full you can see a little crowd gathering in the lift area with people waiting to get an elevator. It doesn't help that the elevators are quite slow as well. This would be the ONLY negative point i have about the hotel.

Stay overall was good

Good n diverse all different foods provided, great service, food stations prepared exactly as required. Also adjacent is Oberoi Mall.

Early check in is a problem, and changes to bookings is another problem

Very comfortable, clean and nice views of city

Very nice breakfast, clean room with stunning views of city, friendly staff and good location to get around by auto or taxi. Oberoi Mall next door five min walk.

First time for us in a five star hotel. Wish it was cheaper. We would stay here more often !

Worst place to stay. Highly unsafe.

The food and location.

The staff is highly untrained, and I doubt it's a 5-star property. I had put "Do not disturb sign" but still the hotel stall entered my room . Just imagine how the situation would be a couple inside in do not disturb mode and the hotel stall entering the room The most disgusting part was that after bringing this issue to the the hotel managemnt and the duty manager, there was no action taken . I am highly disappointed and shocked by this behavior. Request you guys to think 2twice before booking in this property.

Good play to stay and dine .

The buffet food and huge variety of food and the exceptional service provided by the staff at seasonal taste.

The air conditioner is always not working and its always hot. It's too hot in the room always. The temp never goes below 23 to 22 degrees. Comparing also makes no difference

its not value for money

once reach to the counter they said they dont have booking in my name in there system. I showed them booking reference of booking.come but as per them it was not available, however they have given the room on the price i booked with booking.com but the room given by them was quite small. I waited at reception counter for more then 30mins to resolve the issue.

The breakfast and dinner buffet spread was good and offered a large variety of dishes and cuisines. I would like to thank Ms. Rutuja who was there at the time of check in and at the Seasonal Tastes. She was always courteous, polite and smiling. The entire staff at the Seasonal Tastes was quite helpful and polite and catered to our requests with a smile.

Would prefer more comfortable pillows. The pillows were either too soft or too hard. In the buffet would suggest that the fruits which are kept be checked- there were muskmelon and papaya which were quite hard on both the days I was there. Also the kiwi in the fruit cake was not ripe and too sour. Another suggestion would be for the waffle cones for the icecreams. The cones were tasty but since they are kept outside it tends to get soft and that crunch and crispiness is not there. So if you can store it in an air tight box, keep a few for display and give the crisp cones it would be really appreciated. Also both the days I found a shortage of glasses which are kept near the juices, detox water and other beverages. Else the food quality and taste was quite good.

Very kind and accommodating staff starting from the efficient concierge and driver to the check-in staff and all the wonderful, attentive staff at breakfast. I was very impressed! Breakfast was amazing. The amount of Indian options was mind-blowing. Truly worth it. The fitness center, sauna and swimming pool facilities are all impeccably maintained.

Nothing really. If I had to suggest one change, it would be to have more lifts but I don't know how feasible that would be in a building this busy.
