Lovely stay in Villa Dolphins

We loved to stay in Villa Dolphins! We felt very welcome to the hotel as the staff was super friendly. We had got recommendations from our friends to stay in Villa Dolphins; so we expected it to be a nice place, but it was more than that! The location is peaceful and beautiful - and it’s close to everything you wish to do in Poros island. The room was also clean and spacious and we loved to end the nights by sitting on our own balcony. Would definitely stay there again!

Exceptional

Amazing resort looked after by an amazing close knit staff. The property is very close to the beach, a supermarket and bakery and has everything you need for a long comfortable stay. The apartment I stayed in was quiet large and would easily fit a small family. As for the beach bar itself do not discount the food on offer! It is all made my hand by the wonderful Kalliopi and was in my opinion better than the food on offer at the waterfront. All in all I highly recommend Villa Dolphins!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Dolphins. The host and entire staff were incredibly friendly and warm, with exceptional attention to details. The place is very clean and tastefully decorated and has all required appliances. We loved the pool.

Perfect sanctuary in Poros.

The managers and staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone is welcomed and looked after. Villa Dolphins has a wonderful ambience, that immediately sets you to ‘holiday mode’. Spacious apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. Balcony with sitting area. Small but never crowded pool area, comfortable sun loungers positioned in the sun or shade. Bar/restaurant area at pool serving lovely food. Supermarket, restaurants, scooter hire shop, beach all within 5 minutes walking.

Nothing not to like. This wasn’t an issue for us at all, but something to be aware of public transport seemed limited to/from Askeli. We visited mid September, the taxi boat to the port had stopped and we didn’t physically see a bus in Askeli. Walking to the port town and other beaches is doable and taxis are reasonably priced.

What a wonderful place to stay in this lovely atmosphere of true Greek philoxenia and friendliness. We enjoyed everything, the food, the lovely people, the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed the island of Poros immensely, and Villa Dolphins was the perfect place to stay.

Superb location, minutes from Askali beach-fabulous food, cleanliness and friendliness exceptional.

Fantastic Team at Villa Dolphins everything exceptional and we were treated like royalty ! So friendly with a wealth of information about the area. We did have some visits to restaurants but the food cooked by Kalli was so much better ! Amazing traditional dishes and large portions it made no sense to go elsewhere. Home now to a diet and exercise regime but it was well worth the indulgence! The must " go to" holiday resort. Will return... (that was my second visit with a few weeks in between!) FANTASTIC many thanks to Yianna, Dimitris and the fabulous team all of whom looked after us. Cant wait to go back.

Perfect location for Poros, definitely must come back

Most hospitable host ever Very nice garden and big balcony with sea view Swimming pool deep enough, with plenty of sunbeds and shade Possibility to have snacks and drinks at the pool bar, plus meals when desired Welcome drinks and nice conversations Sea, bakery, supermarket and taverns nearby

Small bathrooms, but that was the existing building which could not be altered

Wonderful. We had a great time and already miss being there.

We liked everything but most of all we liked the fabulous people who looked after us. The apartments themselves are simple but lovely and kept spotlessly clean at all times, it is well located 5 mins walk to the beach with a fabulous bakery and supermarket even closer. The pool is ideal for an afternoon relaxing with plenty of shade when it gets too hot. Yianna is the consummate host - nothing is too much trouble and she went out of her way to make us feel relaxed and comfortable all the time. She is supported by Demetris who can fix anything and Calliope whose home cooking is exceptional. They could not possibly have made our stay any more enjoyable, can’t wait to go back.

The only slight regret is that the pool has to close during siesta and relatively early in the evening but this did not in any way spoil our enjoyment.

Fab place! 😍

The cleanliness of Villa Dolphins was 10/10 Yianna and her staff were very pleasant and could not do enough for you, me and the wife were very happy there and Poros is 100% a beautiful Island to visit.

You won't regret choosing Villa Dolphins

The warm welcome by Yianna and Kalioppi was wonderful! Throughout our stay Yianna made sure we were well taken care of.

It was not as close to the sea as we thought it would be but it really is a quick walk down to the beach. The views from the villa were amazing.

Excellent, superb location with the most hospitable of hosts.

We loved everything about our stay. The staff and management were so welcoming, friendly, and attentative at all times. We feel we have made friends for life! Sea view rooms spotlessly clean with much needed air conditioning. The swimming pool is fantastic with plenty of sun loungers and shady areas if required. Well stocked bar area and excellent home cooked food all at very reasonable prices. The villas are only a 5 minute walk to the beech where there is an excellent choice of bars and restaurants. We simply cant find fault anywhere and are already planning a return visit.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Owners + staff so friendly and attentive made this holiday so special. Fabulous pool and food. Nice quite neighbourhood and very close to beach. Can't recommend this hotel enough .only spent 4 nights here because attending wedding in athens but so much to do and see still on this island. Will definitely be back.

Best service that we have ever received!

Peaceful neighborhood, beautiful view from the balcony and extremely friendly service. Great pool area with tasty food. All the extra service we got related to our travel to and from Poros. Staff makes this special place ever more special.

Bathroom could have been a bit bigger but it didn't bother us.

I'll definitely be back. And I rarely say this. Maybe the best stay in a hotel I every had.

Cleanest hotel I've ever been probably, and the staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Seriously I couldn't ask for anything else.

There's nothing I didn't like. I only wish I could have stayed more .

you receive a very warm welcome here. it’s really clean and the staff are really friendly - nothing is too much trouble and although it is a cliche you really do feel like family. the bbq was amazing ; the food is excellent (have some fresh lemonade for a real treat!)

The owner of the Villa Dolphins - Yianna is exceptional person!From the first second we have entered the villa she surronds us with love, kindness and care!The whole team on the villa is very supportive and behaves like you are the only one and the most important guest for them))Villa is located in very calm place, close to the beach, shops, restaurants,supermarket. Everything is very close and accessible by foot. The garden of the Villa is very much scenic and you can see that every decoration and every plant and every centimeter is done with love and care! This villa fully represents the spirit of the island! If you want find peace in your soul - come here. Thank you Yianna and team!

Villa Dolphin stay.

Very friendly people staff go over and above to help Yianna gave us lots of information on things to do the apartment was big with a fabulous balcony and sea view it was cleaned every day and was great value for money can't wait to return.

Everything was great beaches short stroll away nothing not to like.

Excellent stay with Hosts who could not do enough to make your stay perfect

We were met by the owner Yianna who upgraded us to a beautiful spacious apartment with a balcony to two sides and a fabulous view of the pool, garden and the sea

The bathroom was a little snug for my husband but Yianna did explain that this was owing to the original build of the apartment

Superb

Dolphins is an excellent choice when on Poros. Owner Yianna and her dedicated team including Kalliope cannot do enough to make sure your stay is comfortable and stress free from booking to departure! It provides an incredible value for money option and the location away from the bustle of the main port makes for a relaxing break. Askeli beach is a short walk away, there is an great mini-market nearby and the apartment was well equipped for a self-catering stay. Odyssey is an outstanding restaurant nearby and can also recommend Panorama Resto near Askeli beach. Thank you for a great stay!
