Average - won't stay again in the future

the resort is dated so the room was as expected was dated. We had the bay view, which was lovely. continental breakfast was good standard. pool was lovely - infinity type with the bay view.

tiled flooring - col to walk on. resort was quite stingy with body wash etc. got one set and had to request extra daily. when asked, was given handwash liquid instead (although they are probably the same) room on the above the ground level - need to carry all luggages up the stairs - not a pleasant thing to do in 36 degree weather. Staff were so indifferent. Last but not least, staff took the numbers of our credit card, including the security number - not sure why. 2 weeks later, we found 3 x fraudulent airbnb charges on our cards.

The hotel overall was a nice stay.

The overall venue, staff and facilities were very good. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options which were tasty.

Unfortunately no swimming at the beach. There was no restaurants, bars, things to do near by. On the morning of checkout, we had an early flight. Breakfast was available from 7 - 10am. We went at 7 and were told the egg station was not available yet. We waited until 7.30 and still nothing. When we asked the staff, the lady was a little abrupt and said she would call someone.

Majoituimme veden päällä olevissa rakennuksissa. Alueella oli kuitenkin vettä vain nousuveden aikaan, ja suurimman osan ajasta alue oli kokonaan harmaata liejua, jossa mönki rapuja ja inhottavia kalaa muistuttavia eläimiä. Huone oli myöskin vanha ja kaipaisi remontointia. Ei vastannut neljän tähden hotellia.

Beetje verouderd hotel, maar was voornamelijk heel teleurgesteld dat ze geen alcohol serveerden en dat je niet mag zwemm

Het zwembad

Ze serveren geen alcohol en je mag niet zwemmen in de zee. Na 19 uur toen het nog licht was mochten we niet meer zwemmen in het zwembad en werden de kussens van de zetels weggenomen

Nette accommodatie met hier en daar een misser.

De tuin was geweldig en werd goed onderhouden Het ontbijtbuffet was rijk en goed gepresenteerd en redelijk afwisselend. Sommige personeelsleden - bedienend personeel- waren uitermate vriendelijke en servicegericht. Anderen kunnen hier nog van leren.

Het kameronderhoud werd plichtmatig gedaan, afhankelijk van de persoon. Soms alles heel netjes en schoon en de aanvulling van toiletartikelen, andere keer alleen het hoognodige. Dan moest je zelf toiletpapier en andere artikelen gaan achterhalen.

Stunning pool by the beach, amazing sunset view from bedrooms. Staffs are kind and attentive.

Checking in the room, first impression bathtub were little stain with dirts, rug under the bed with quite stain as well. looks unhygienic.

Pohodlný pobyt na Lankawi

Příjemný hotel na klidném místě. Trochu stranou od centra. Měli jsme půjčené auto, takže to nevadilo. Hotel je udržovaný, opečovávaný. Přátelský, usměvavý personàl.Západy slunce!!!!!

super nice place to stay on island

boutique size of the resort, live cooking station during breakfast, well equipped GYM, nicely located swimming pool....almost infinity ;) , possibility of having well organized comfortable connecting rooms, super fast delivery of orders by room service and hornbill on site which we spot during first evening after arrival

a bit too much rain on island during our stay ;)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot, a beautiful place at the sea, short distance to major attraction

The breakfast was excellent! Lots of healthy options and lots of diverse Malaysian and European options! The staff was friendly, approachable, highly professional and very nice. We liked going for walks in our beautiful place that was right on the sea. It was truly rediscovering tranquility!

We couldn’t swim in the sea and that was a bit disappointing first. The location was great and it would be perfect if we could swim! But we swam in a wonderful swimming pool - which was great!

It was a beautiful stay in such a relaxed property. Staff were super friendly, always smiling and saying good morning/afternoon if you came across them. Reception and housekeeping were helpful and friendly and helped us with everything we needed. A 12pm checkout time is appreciated as well so we didn’t have to rush.

Passable

Breakfast choices are varied, and passable with their food refill speed. There is a big lawn area, good for those who bring children or kids.

- The pool doesn't look like the photo provided, and we saw other guests wearing improper swimming attire with stockings in the pool, very unhygienic, and a bit disappointed. - The TV inside the room has limited channels and is super blurry until can hear the voice only. - The room price is considered expensive as we expected the pool size to be big and a lot of other facilities are provided for family. - There is no beach attached to the resort.

fantastic, great service, excellent rooms, nice atmosphere.

It was fantastic overall . The staff was amazing, very kind and attentive.

the only downside was that some of the facilities such as the pool and the restaurant was closed down for renovation during our stay so we used these facilities of a neighbouring hotel which seems to have a lower ambiance standard.

Great stay

Staff is super friendly and considerate. Breakfast was superb. Room is huge, view from balcony is nice. Aircond and hot shower are all working. Bath tub is spacious enough. Most part of the resort is under construction for upgrading process, however the surrounding stays clean.

Buggy service is only until 11pm. The resort's beach is not for swimming.
