We had a beautiful view and the rooms were spacious and clean, however not as modern as they look on the pictures.
The gym was not great and we needed a gym

I cannot fault this beautiful resort. The location, the staff, the rooms and the food were simply amazing!
Spacious, spotless rooms with comfy beds and breathtaking views.
I’ve travelled a lot but absolutely the best breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Amazing Greek specialities make an amazing addition along with a massive array of bread, fruit, pastries, pies, cooked options and mouthwatering cakes. The revani cake is a must try.
The beach bar is such a cool place and the staff absolutely brilliant hosts who made our evenings so enjoyable.
We already knew about the steps but they were a good way to work off the massive breakfasts 🤦🏻♀️
The whole resort is spotless. I cannot find a single fault.
Top tips: rent a little boat or take the water taxi to visit San Stefano and eat at Eucalyptus restaurant or visit Agni Bay to eat at Toulas while admiring the super yachts.
Just fantastic from beginning to end. Currently in our way home and missing it already!
Thankyou to everyone there for a fantastic stay 🥰
There is nothing it was all wonderful 🥰

Location is very close to beach and modern feel felt luxurious . Staff always helpful and friendly. Clean throughout with great amenities on site for a relaxing getaway.
Overall loved this place. The only gripe was the Air conditioning wasn’t the best in the bedroom . A Technician came and changed it but even when changed to 20oC it felt more like 28. Eventually (hours later) it would reach temperature. The only other thing I would mention was the daily smell next to reception (sewage) was not the best.

Amazing view, lovely room and pool area. Food and drink was all amazing- great selection at breakfast buffet and incredible food at Callao! Staff were always helpful any hour of the day. Kalami is the perfect peaceful bay for a break with amazing restaurants and scenery

Beautiful clean and friendly hotel, excellent pools and facilities. We were evacuated during the recent wildfire and the staff were exceptional in ensuring everyone was kept updated and had plans in place to move everyone safely overnight. Even rang us the next morning to make sure we made it back safe and offer extended breakfast. We felt very well looked after and would definitely return!
The bay only has 5-6 restaurants - if staying for two weeks, is worth getting a hire car to try some places further afield!

Lovely looking hotel, with lovely decor. Stunning views from the rooms and pool area. Very popular with the British.
Staff were not friendly. At all. Kalami is a quiet area, with about 3 or 4 restaurant choices. Not necessarily a negative, so if you are looking for peace and quiet you will get it here. The nearest town with shops, bigger selection of restaurants etc is Kassiopi, a 10 min taxi/bus ride away. Highly recommended. The cooked breakfast options were very mediocre, and nothing is freshly cooked i.e. omelettes are pre-cooked then cut up into smaller pieces and put onto a serving dish for you to dish up from.

The place was amazing, the view stunning
The room was clean and comfortable for a couple, the hotel was quiet, the upper pool very nice. Breakfast ok although not diverse (the same collection every day)
For disabled people it can be quite challenging to climb the many stairs to the elevator.

fantastic views and rooms really comfortable great sun beds
the free breakfast was very poor with respect to hot food stone cold mushrooms and very undercooked boiled and fried eggs still watery such a waste of good food Continental breakfast was much better We never tried dinner in restaurant due to the fact that cooked breakfast was so disappointing

The staff were amazing and very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, something for everyone. Room very clean and comfortable.
Having asked if there were lifts to all floors and told yes, it was a shock to see the big slope to the lifts and steps everywhere. Not for the faint-hearted. Felt sorry for the Guy looking after the pool area, he had to carry sunbed mattresses from below, look after the bar and clean tables, etc. He was so cheerful 😊. Oh, and the weather was rubbish but nobody's fault! 😉.

Great hotel & room, all staff members gave excellent service.
The cooked breakfast items was cold/Luke warm most days.

Lovely location, good breakfast, nice beachfront with bar and restaurant.
Very steep ,built into a hillside and we were on the top floor, not good at 60+ years with baggage. The plumbing was hit and miss, hot water sometimes, tepid at other times. Only there two nights,a longer stay and things would have been an issue.

Good sized room and balcony.
Convenient to the beach.
Excellent view
Very good pool areas
Our room was at the highest level and having been delivered by the hotel car we received no directions as to how to get to ground floor level. Some instruction at check in or a map or signs for the lift would have helpful. The hotel info listed three restaurants but only one opened for breakfast and the beach restaurant opened for lunch and dinner. No reason was given for the reduced service. With only four restaurants at the beach it was essential to book for dinner.

The view, the location, the breakfast, the incredibly
kind staff who helped us switch the room we weren't
pleased with pretty quickly and offered help (and
incredible cocktails on the house) with whatever we
needed!
The TV was in a different room than the bedroom
which was pretty uncomfortable, it cannot connect to
the internet and only offers satellite news channels.
The WIFI itself is also weak. We spent quite some time
at the hotel due to unexpected stormy weather so that
was unfortunate, but the staff were kind enough to
offer us alternatives such as provide their own laptop!
The water pressure in our first room was very weak but
the staff thankfully switched it for us.
The resort has many stairs and not enough available
elevators which could be tiring and uncomfortable
(especially when raining).

Fantastic hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble. Even the owners wandered around daily making sure everything was OK.
Hotel guests should have priority over the beach sun beds. we only managed to get one twice and had to pay for next door beds which were not comfy whilst persons not staying at the hotel managed to secure the hotel ones ! this doesn’t seem right !!!!!

The location; the swimming pool. The view from our room.
I booked a suite with a separate living room. I was disappointed when I found it was a very nice room, with amazing view. I talked to the hotel who said I had been upgraded to this room!!!! Then they said the bedroom is separate…. from the balcony. They admitted all the real suites were booked already so they couldn’t move us. not even an s as piggy or gesture. poor customer service.

the accommodation was beautiful, inside everything you needed, but room 104, had such a big bush/tree up against the terrace it blocked out so much of the view which was a shame as Kalami is so beautiful
the hedges separating the properties were too low, they need cutting back and thickening up so you had actual privacy
little things that don’t take too much effort but make all the difference
the food was way below standard, too expensive and not good, no atmosphere on an evening, and too many staff stood around doing nothing
why was all the breakfast area closed for lunch and dinner
such a nice area, furniture all beautiful, but wasted
convert the breakfast bar into a bar for lunch and evening, or at least evening, the area is too nice to waste, especially with the new pool area

We liked everything about this hotel.
Fantastic views, clean room, very tastefully decorated and very friendly staff.
There is a lot of choice at breakfast and the top pool has the best views.
Kalami itself is a lovely small town and a walk along the coast in either direction brings a choice of coves to swim/snorkel in.
We can't think of anything.

Nice view and beach restaurant
old mattress, charging extra for an expresso at breakfast, climbing stairs and stairs…

extremely friendly staff.
seamless check in and out
perfect location
beautiful view
unfortunately there was constant dog barking right next to us in the evening

Kalami is a very picturesque bay and this hotel is perfectly positioned to enjoy the view.
breakfast was good and the beach bar/ Resteraunt was lovely with a reasonable selection of lunch and evening meals.
hotel was very clean. rooms and bed very comfortable.
Although there is s lift to the room terraces there is still a steep drive to go up to get to the lift. there are steps too to reach the rooms.
we stayed here in 2020 and missed the more normal beach bar food they offered two years ago. they had gone ‘up market’ and simple things like bruschetta on the lunch menu and delicious burger on the ev menu were not longer available.
