Food excellent - lovely cooked breakfasts and first class dinner and service - scallops were best I've had in a long time.
Room on the small side though warm and cosy.
Dogs in the dining room when in information before we booked stated dogs not allowed in dining room
Parking in Lulworth Cove very expensive

Our bed was wonderfully comfortable. And the Full English Breakfast was magnificent! :-)
No black pudding with the breakfast, despite advertisement on the menu. (I was looking forward to my first taste of it)

Rooms were very comfortable and the welcome at the hotel excellent. They were very accommodating about storing our luggage when we couldn't get into the room. The food is extremely good.

We had the Lookout Room and it literally was looking over the whole country side in front of the hotel. The restaurant was great also!
Loved everything!

A lovely hotel with friendly staff, the food is of a really high standard, the views from the front of the hotel are beautiful, and set in an incredible location, the cove is gorgeous with a good choice of restaurants, although the walk to durdle door isn't for the feint hearted, it's well worth it, it's staggeringly beautiful
If you do have to spend much time in the room, the reception for the TV needs to be better, one channel gets a bit boring

lovely hotel - beautiful garden, lovely restaurant for breakfast & dinner and staff were super friendly and helpful. the food was also very good. great location for lulworth cove and also West Lulworth which is a beautiful village to walk around
my only complaint would be that the room was a little small

The location of the Limestone Hotel is perfect for walking the South West Coast Path. The hotel offers lovely views across the village from an elevated position. Breakfast and dinner is amazing. Nothing seems to be too much trouble at the Limestone. Definitely recommend to family and friends. A hidden gem of a hotel.
Leaving such a gem behind.

Excellent breakfast, food , and service.. Lovely position, and views
Room very small, little storage, continual drip, extraction fan required for the bathroom

It was exceptionally hot during our stay so we were very grateful for the shady garden in which to relax and have coffee. About a ten minute walk to the beach, but very easy as along a flat road. The breakfast was exceptional with a really good choice. Loved the elevated position of the property and having parking was a big bonus. Our room was small but perfectly adequate for our overnight stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly
We did not have communication before we arrived telling us which room we would be in and therefore which car parking space to use so ended up having to move the car (it’s quite a small car park and therefore a little fiddly to have to move). This was just a small irritation and did not spoil our stay, but it would be worth ringing ahead to check which space you should use.

Location - excellent, Hotel comfortable, food- excellent, staff - excellent,
Room small for the price.

The view from our room. Quick response to Emails.
Perhaps others like the hotel. Personally, we did not enjoy it. The parking was extremely narrow. The sign for our assigned parking was missing, so a couple with a big car took theirs and our parking on the second day. Steep walk to go from the parking to the hotel. Personnel are very friendly, specially one in the restaurant. The only friendly personnel were the two from housekeeping. When we ate, NOT ONCE did they come to ask if everything was okay or if we needed a drink. On the second morning, housekeeping was helping during breakfast, she was friendly. With over 30 degrees, the heater in the bathroom was on, it was hard to find the control, even housekeeping didn’t know. The bed is the smallest king size bed that I have ever seen. The mattress and pillow were not comfortable. We couldn’t lock our door from the inside. Overpriced for the service and room. The friendliness shown on arrival was superficial, no more friendliness the next two mornings during breakfast. This is minor, but that cookies are placed next to he teas in the room, but they are in a jar, are not individually wrapped; that is not hygienic.

This was a lovely location. A small but quaint hotel, the staff were all very attentive and helpful.
The room was not as clean as you would expect it to be. Obvious layers of dust that should not be present in a premium priced hotel.
The bed pillows were too soft and made for an uncomfortable sleep.

good food and service excellent location but rooms are sparse and a bit tired had to change our room on arrival
shower was f good and bed very comfy but room lacked draw and hanging space and furnishings were a bit tired

Breakfast and restaurant were good.
The furniture did not look particularly clean and guests were quite noisy at night.

Location perfect, nice friendly staff, comfortable hotel, very nice food. Views from bedroom and terrace lovely.
Good comfortable bed. Brilliant walking area.
Bath robes would have been nice, plug in bath would be nice if it was attached to chain! Bathroom fittings a bit cheap and basic. Carpets a bit soiled and stained.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great location
Breakfast was fair - the avocado toast had way too much avocado and the texture was like wallpaper paste (was it frozen?). First world problems, but that dish needs updating imo

Room was a bit tired in places

Lovely breakfast, friendly staff

The restaurant is excellent. Really good food and a generous breakfast menu
The car park is diabolical, entrances not wide enough and it requires another two feet taken back. An 'IN' and an 'OUT' instruction would be advantageous. No mention of any difficulty on the website re- parking. You given a space after you arrive, which means walking all the way back down to the car park where the spaces are aligned to a room

Excellent food (breakfast and diner) , perfect view
Charger electric car very slow (7 Kwh)

The breakfast selection was of a high quality and very varied. The view from the front when sitting outside was spectacular.
The shower temperature was difficult to control.
