Exceptional

I can't recommend this place enough. I travel often and prefer places that feel like home. Peter and his wife are wonderful hosts. The room was very spacious and very clean. I was in Bled for a week exploring the area and the location was perfect. Breakfast was varied and fresh. I would love to stay again whenever I get back to Bled.

Great place, the hosts are really nice and welcoming, do everything they can to help and great breakfast as well. If I go back to Bled, I'll rent a room there without hesitation.

Great place to stay!

Homely feel, proprietors very helpful with local knowledge, great buffet breakfast included, very close to restaurants and Lake.

Excellent stay, can only recommend!

Peter was the most welcome host, provided us with very helpful information on sights around Bled. The room was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean, very homey. Breakfast was delicious and again, the host was very attentive. Thank you very much again for a short but excellent stay!

The staff is very kind and makes you feel at home. A delicious breakfast at a high level, there is a selection of things and preparation of eggs upon request. The room is very spacious and clean. There is parking. Excellent location, short walk to the lake.

One problem with the place, but a very critical one, is that there is no hot water and when there is, it runs out after a few minutes, only because of the hot water, unfortunately I cannot recommend the place.

Amazing - best place to stay in Lake Bled !!!

This place is exceptional - I stayed almost a decade ago and loved it then and it still exceeded expectations when I recently stayed with my dad. Wonderful owners, beautiful and clean rooms, and fantastic location. I’ll be back again for sure !

We loved our stay at Penzion Kaps and would completely recommend it to anyone visiting Bled.

Peter and his wife are friendly and helpful hosts. The hotel is in a great location for walking into Bled. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped and the breakfast was delicious.

The location was great, close to the lake and central, but in a quiet place, easily accessible in the car and a good place to be for walking or taking trips in the car. The hosts were very kind and welcoming and the accomodation comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great. There is private parking for the car.

Slightly better wifi, but maybe it is my old phone and not the wifi.

Nothing not to like, great Penzion, lovely room, nice view, superb location close to beautiful lake & town. Room comfortable cleaned every day, lovely hosts nice breakfast.

Nothing not to like. Maybe coffee at breakfast could have been better, machine coffee.

Breakfast was superb, so was the check-in with all the information about Bled and the sorrounding areas i received from the couple running the B&B. They really went over and beyond to make sure my stay would be memorable.

Quiet charming and comfortable

Wonderful staff and lovely comfortable spacious room with outside patio with view of nearby tree covered hill. Breakfast room was spacious and charming with delicious food. Loved the position - quiet yet only a 5 minute walk down to the Lake. Small clothes rack to dry your clothes on the patio was very handy as was the refrigerator and kettle in the room. Everything was spotlessly clean and Dennis and Peter were very helpful answering any touring questions we had. There were 3 areas to park our car and there were always spaces. When we came back after an exhausting day exploring you felt like you were coming home.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and lavish, the owners were frendly and helpful. The penzion was close to the city centre and the lake. The room was same as the photos. Good price for value.

Great place to stay

This property is just perfect. The location is a short walk to town, the staff go above and beyond and the breakfast is great. We stayed here with some of our wedding party in the family room (room 14). It backed on to a garden with a swing which was perfect for our two children. Couldn't recommend this accommodation enough. Great value for money too!!
