Basic, clean facilities for an airport hotel. Great access via tram into Bordeaux city.

As described - very close to airport. A few nearby restaurants for dinner. Generous buffet breakfast. Great location in relation to the tram directly into Bordeaux.

Basic room facilities - would have appreciated a kettle with coffee and tea in the room, or even to be able to access this aside from breakfast in the common area.

Séjour pratique

L'hôtel est très propre et moderne. Un petit déjeuner assez onéreux pour le choix mais bon... La proximité avec le tram pour le centre ville de Bordeaux est appréciable (attention : compter 1h de trajet et l'application pour acheter les billets n'était pas fonctionnel, mieux vaut prendre les billets sur les bornes car il est impossible de les acheter dans le tram)

Pretty good all around, great receptionist both at night and in the morning!

Pretty solid all around. Nothing to complain about, everything was as expected. One special mention for the receptionist, she was a special person, helped us with our check in perfectly and was just very accomodating. Don't hesitate to ask any questions or for any needs you have!

Convenient for Bordeaux airport. Clean, comfortable budget hotel with an excellent breakfast.

Room was fine, beds were very comfortable.. Breakfast was excellent. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

1. Bedside lights didn't work and bedside table was broken. 2. When we got into the taxi and asked to be taken to the Ibis Merignac, the driver asked us which one as there were three Ibis' in Merignac. We said we had no idea - so it would be helpful if the booking confirmation could make this more clear.

Basic hotel with terrible expensive food

Convenient location 2 tram stops from airport. Breakfast was good and lots of children's activities in the bar area.

Evening food was terrible and very expensive for what it was - all frozen food but named things like 'artisinal' on the menu. Taking advantage of people who get in after a long flight and are hungry and tired. One staff member for reception, bar, and kitchen to make food! I felt bad for her - how can you cook and attend the reception? Therefore service took a long time.

Our room was nice, cozy and clean. The hotel is very close to the airport. The staff is kind and helpful.

There was no proper ventilation or air conditioning in the room, so it was very hot even during the night.

Bad aircon, a little dirty, tiny rooms.

Not as clean as it should be, aircon is the olderstyle, that just doesn't work. When you book a hotel with aircon, you expect aircon... Very disappointed that the aircon was not up to scratch. Small rooms, Supposed to be twin beds for two men sharing. The room was so small you could not get the beds more than an inch apart.

beds need to be improved, legs were falling off when bed was moved, for a single bed its quite small, shower needs improving on the water pressure

Reality was not like the photos

Nice breakfast and restaurant area

The room was not maintained. The bedside table was broken, part of the window was peeling off, no soap in the bathroom, the carpet looked like it had cigarette burns all over. Not like the photos.
