Dissapointing and noisy.

The lunge area looks great but we didn't go.

We had no idea that there would be a Karaoke night while we were staying. This was a thursday night. Our family was not informed ahead of time. If we would have known, we would have never booked there. We were unable to sleep at all as the music was so loud. The next morning, I went to the reception to discuss the issue with the hotel but it was closed. There was only a mailbox to drop the key and no staff working in the morning. I don't recommend this place to any family.

I was impressed with the prompt attention by staff when we couldn’t get the TV remote to work. A fairly cramped room for

very helpful & friendly staff.

it had a very tiny ensuite therefore the basin was in the bedroom. The exhaust fan was very loud.

Exceptional

First all! Service, this place has it. Friendly staff and manager/owner and that's what matters. Second! The view, I'm going to go out and say it. The best view in okuhane! Straight up misty mountains Lord of the Rings vibes. Don't be scared to sit there and stare for hours. Third! Facilities and the ins and outs of the acoomdation. Comfortable pillows, comfortble bed and again a cracker view to walk out to. The Spa is open until 2130 so you have plenty of time to use your 15-20 mins well. The food in the bar restaurant! The serve a traditional but spiced up version of an Australian identity almost classic, the Parmigiana. Get it! It's like having a but of Australia with out the dangerous wild life. Fourth! Parking! Private safe and easy. Fifth and final! Single origin coffee and sustainable items inside with a courteous sign to say recycle, which we all should! Keep up the good work team, I appreciate you as much as you appreciated me in my stay.

Lady at reception was so lovely on phone first then meeting her in person , so helpful and very welcoming.

Room was very small , no face cloths to wash with , connection to tv were broken so no tv signal to watch tv, no tv remotes either. milk in room was off. no room to put bags or chairs to sit on and relax. only area to make a coffee was in the handbasin.

Great food, wonderful staff, great atmosphere, close to the ski fields, and a spa to relax in.

Such a great place to stay. It's a budget hotel but fantastic value for money. Rooms are basic but have everything you need and the staff are wonderful.

Location was great! We really appreciated the drying room and spa baths.

A fridge in the room would’ve made everything perfect!

Wouldn't stay again

The location was great and the staff were very lovely.

We booked a room with a view. The view we got was the next door neighbors yard full of weeds (which on second day they started weed eating at like 8.30am outside our room) instead of the mountain. There was also no fridge so we couldn't keep any of our drinks cold. The water for the shower was cold so went elsewhere to shower. The room was like a cabin room not connected to the actual hotel and in the early hours of the morning you can hear the cars drive in and out of the gravel driveway as there is a gap in the door which also brings cold air into the room and obviously the sound. I emailed the property personally to let them know but still haven't heard anything back.
