Peste asteptari

Locatia ne-a depasit asteptarile. Un hotel luxos , cu mare atentie la detalii, atat in camera cat si in locurile publice ale hotelului. Se gaseste la 30 de minute cu masina de centrul Sendai, intr-un cartier linistit si chiar langa un outlet si un mall.

Din pacate personalul nu vorbesc engleza. La restaurantul chinezesc ne-a fost aproape imposibil s ane intelegem. Ce este greu in a pregati un meniu in engleza? Nici la mic dejun nu vorbeau deloc engleza.

結婚式場が併設されてるだけあって雰囲気やロケーション、スタッフの対応はバツグンでした季節的にクリスマスツリーなどきれいで写真を撮っている人も多く見られましたあと11:00チェックアウトは地味にすごくうれしかったです

思っていたよりも少し部屋が狭めだったのと少しレトロ？というより若干古くさく感じました特にバスルームやトイレなどあとはお部屋の割に他とくらべるとお値段が気持ち少しお高めかなー？って感じました雰囲気や居心地はよかったです

最高の時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

ホテルに入る前から接客が素晴らしく、ホテルの中もすごく綺麗で、上品な造りになっていて、引き込まれるような夢の国の世界に来たような雰囲気を味わうことが出来ました。

せっかく雰囲気から内装まで完璧なので、バスとトイレ別だとパーフェクトだったかなかと思います。

Great Hotel & Excellent Location

Large rooms. Had a balcony with a nice view. Large bathtub. Great amenities. Directly next to a great outlet mall with many stores, restaurants, and a grocery store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle service from Sendai Station. We would definitely stay here again.

Worst hotel in Japan

Title: Disappointing Experience: Unsanitary Conditions, Poor Problem Resolution, and Outdated Infrastructure Review: I must say, it was a highly disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was abysmal, leaving a lot to be desired. From dirty bathrooms to dusty surfaces, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, the staff seemed ill-equipped to handle issues effectively. When I raised concerns about the unsanitary conditions, their response was lackluster and unhelpful. There was a clear lack of professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the hotel's infrastructure was outdated and in dire need of renovation. The furniture was worn-out, the carpets were stained, and the overall ambiance felt tired and neglected. It was evident that the hotel was not investing in maintaining a comfortable and modern environment for its guests. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless they make significant improvements in their cleanliness standards, staff training, and infrastructure. It's crucial for a hotel to prioritize hygiene, promptly address customer concerns, and provide a comfortable environment. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short on all accounts, leaving me thoroughly disappointed with my stay.

A Pleasant Stay

Good breakfast, clean environment, big garden, etc. help to made the stay pleasant.

The daily schedule of the shuttle bus to and from Sendai Station is only up to 5pm. It will be better, if it can be extended to 7pm.

Overall it was a pleasant stay at the hotel.

The breakfast was very good with great varieties and food is delicious. Pleasant and quiet environment. Next to a shopping mall and a premium outletmall. Shuttle bus to Sendai Station.

Very luxurious hotel, but very pricey.

The hotel is located next to the Izumi Outlet Mall and surrounded by a quiet upscale neighborhood. The hotel's ambiance was luxurious and the staff were top notch. Breakfast was included with the room and was delicious.

The bedside clock light was extremely bright. The walls between rooms are very thin and we could hear the people staying next to us laughing and talking all night. The bed mattresses were too hard for our taste. The showers water pressure was low and had temperature variances. The price of the room was way above average compared to other hotels in the area.

Always a Beautiful Hotel and Garden

We have been to Sendai RPH before COVID and fondly recall the Christmas Illumination and Activities! Sadly, there was no special program this year! The hotel and the garden is still beautiful, the closeness to the outlet malls fantastic. The staff have changed and are all really helpful and kind

1) the rooms are dated, the fixtures and the heating might need a revamp 2) the rooms and toilets are cold, despite switching on the heater 3) No special Christmas Illumination

Enjoyable stay despite the location of the hotel.

The room had an awesome view of the garden. Loved the illuminations, they were lovely. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and some spoke English. I would like to thank Sendai Royal Park Hotel for receiving my package in advance & helped me pay for the cash on delivery package first before my arrival. I couldn't thank them enough, they made my stay so enjoyable. The bed is comfy, the room is clean, customer service is impeccable! It is a beautiful hotel if you wish to chill & enjoy the quietness, & visit Sendai Ice Skating Rink (Yuzuru Hanyu's training rink) which is pretty near to the hotel. Thank you Sendai Royal Park Hotel!

The location of the hotel is not easily accessible by public transports like subway train station. Need to walk a good 20mins to the nearest bustop. However, there is a hotel shuttle bus which brings you to Sendai Station daily. Taking taxi will be the best bet to return to the hotel as it is not near to any subway station.

pick ip, drop off service from Sendai station, located next to Outlet, nice garden snd pond and wonderful view from the room. The décor make a feels like a royal castle.
