Prior to our arrival we did not realise it was a vegetarian only hotel but that did not detract from our overall impression of the hotel. Although none of our party were vegetarian we all enjoyed the selection of food on offer. 👍👌
Full information on the vegetarian aspect of the hotel in the description on Booking.Com.

I think we liked almost everything. Breakfast was delicious. The setting and ambience were outstanding. The spread was wide and you could eat in one of three locations, including outside in the sun (if it shone). The options were all vegetarian, but there were cold and warm choices. Same for dinner. Loose teas, coffee, and a coffee machine. Great drinks card for the evening. Great bread. The tea room was nice (we were lucky to be right next door). There's even a guest computer, which. came in handy for us, though it could use an update ;-) The natural pond/pool was delightful. The personnel were all nice, helpful, and accommodating. The A-Z booklet in each room preempted most questions and the reception took care of the rest. The room was great. Tastefully decorated with nice furniture and a beautiful sea-inspired aquarelle painting. You looked out into a scenery of green and flowers. You could see the old wooden beams and the floors were a beautiful hardwood.
Make sure to take advantage of the 2pm check-in time to take in as much of what the hotel has to offer as possible.
I can't find anything to criticize, but I did have a few things I noticed that may have made the stay better. It's not really wheelchair accessible, unless there was a room on the ground-floor I didn't know about. The steps are a little steep and could use a handrail along the wall, not just the spiral part. There's a sauna! But maybe a sign on the door to warn guests that the personnel would need at least 1 hour's notice if you're the first one to use it in the morning would be nice.

Spectacular garden with multi level terraced, wonderful old house in a beautiful rural setting and the breakfast was extraordinary, with lots of homemade vegan spreads!
Nothing really!

Good breakfast, much to chose from, but NO MEAT. The place is quiet and simple and not crowded.
This place would appeal very much to people who have chosen a specific lifestyle, more into the alternatives. For me it feels a little uncomfortable, probably if i had known that is was rooted so much into the vegetarian/vegan and alternative ways, i would maybe have chosen another place.

We loved the pool, the quiteness, the sun terrace and breakfast area.
Bed a bit too stiff for my taste

There is no WiFi at the hotel even though they advertise that there is. In the room they place an information pack which states that they chose to not provide internet to their guests (even though they advertise that they do) but also that the guests could get a LAN cable if they wanted to (even though no devices produced in the last 5 years have a LAN port and they also do not warn about this in advance so that you could buy a LAN adapter somewhere) or could go to the "lounge" with two chairs next to reception that allegedly has WiFi but only between 10:00 and 18:00 when you would usually be out exploring the area or relaxing at the beach. Using your mobile internet is not an option - there is no proper mobile reception anywhere on the property.

Nice House and surroundings, great Breakfast.
Sauna is good, is just lacking privacy (which I hope they fix as this is new).
Good size room and sitting area. Communal tea kitchen is nice.
The dinner is way overprized, it has the atmosphere of a youth hostel.
Beds were not comfortable and it was difficult to ask for things as only one staff member was working there. An easy request as another pillow became a problem.
The Wifi situation is terrible, this should have been made more clear on the website. You can only get it in a not heated and therefore very uncomfortable common room without a door.
