Kambariai erdvūs, švarūs. Personalas paslaugus, stengiasi.

Pusryčiai galėtų būti geresni: mažas pasirinkimas, reikia laukti, kol pagamins karštus (kiaušinienę).

Great stay at motel Smagratis. Affordable prices, great staff, wonderful food and clean room.

The staff was very polite and helpful, room was clean and big.

Superb

Good location, nice and clean rooms, and friendly staff. Very affordable pricing. Good breakfast. After all communication problems we had a good stay in Motelis Smagratis.

Horrible smell from the sewers, very bad smell of the room, very loud and extremely dirty ventilation in the bathroom, loud music from the bar, dirty kettle, etc. Check out was allowed till 12pm, but before 11am came two ladies and said, that they are waiting when I'll go. Unbelievable. Never again.

it was a perfect one night stay, having a rest before the working day in Kretinga. They have a nice bar and restaurant.

Nice motel with wonderful food

Motel room was quite simple, clean and spacious. Nothing fancy. Beds were OK, a bit on the stiffer side, but we had a good night sleep, no family member complained. However the food we got at the restaurant was just wonderful – I will not go into details as this is an accomodation review, but homemade spinach pasta was finger licking good. We did not stay for breakfast, but I bet it was great. In addition the front yard with trees, ponds and swings is also quite enjoyable.

Water pressure in the shower was not too high and it took a bit longer to take a shower. Also the air conditioner in the room was an older model and was quite loud, however open windows cooled us sufficiently and no loud noises bothered us during the night.

SCAM!!!!!! The motel rejected our paid reservation and send us back home, BE CAREFULL!!!

The staff was helpfull, the motel loks realy nice, but then we have to talk with the owner, sudently our prepaid booking reservation means nothing for him. Excuse was that he have no rooms left and he does not care about booking reservations.

After the talk by the pone owner rejected booking.com reservation cut the call, and left us alone with no info. We drove to the place 200+km and after that we were rejected from hotel. And because there is hot weekend there is no free places to stay nearby so after that we have to go home. Does not recommend this property after another talk with the owner he offered to refund, but what is the point when you want to spend at least one day by the sea. After everything we have to go back home another 200+km and we have ruined our weekend. We have never confronted someone like this that can easily send you back home. This property shouldn't be on booking.com because it is a SCAM. The hotel had all the info, but we did not received any rejections or info until we arrived. Do not reservate anything here, because it does not mean anything for the owner.

The room was fine, and comfortable. I can’t say the same about the location.

I didn’t like the location. We arrived there, they said that our room isn’t in this building, but in another. They sent us totatly to another location which wasn’t mentioned before. In that building there wasn’t any playground for kids (We were with our little baby), no restaurant. And they also said that the room will be ready only after 6 pm.
