Super hosts- accommodation and facilities perfect in every way

just perfect - everything we needed and the pool and grounds are stunning, also so close to the beach. Our host was exceptional - communication so fast and caring . The welcome bottle of wine was a super surprise . Thank you again

The property was so pleasant, it was worth the drive for day trips to explore the Algarve.

personal contact with the property management was excellent. I wanted to be away from city, noise and pollution, and I was! This day was off-season, so the atmosphere was very calm, despite two other rental unit being so close.

it took a while to get rid of the musty smell, but the dehumidifier eventually helped.

relaxing and peaceful

lovely location. pool was perfect. unit was clean and tidy. quiet. great shower. all you would need to self cater plus including hair dryer. bed was comfy. if it’s a bolt whole for exploring it’s perfect.

only 1 pillow each. (bed was where I prefer to sit as more comfy but sitting up needed more pillows plus watch for the picture. hit my head more than once on it)only 1 towel each (never had this in other property’s. before had to go and buy some) fridge humming all night. small unit had no seating area in sun. little Bristol set under roof area. only ONE English speaking tv channel and that was the news. (hubby likes to relax watching tv). would have been nice to have a comment book for visitors to leave tips for the area.

Loved the care taken to make a modern, comfortable and functional studio and the beautiful pool & surroundings. Nice and private.

There was noise from party houses in the neighborhood on the weekend nights, although of course that is a difficult thing to predict or for the host to control. Otherwise the neighborhood was quiet and a wonderful respite from the busy beaches and downtown.

Superb

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and mindful equipped with everything needed. The kitchen provides a great opportunity to prepare food: it's spacious and well-equipped. The garden is well-maintained, with lots of trees, plants and a lawn. With the pool it's is a great space to hang out. The arrangement of the different apartments allows for a high level of privacy. There is a self check-in and check-out, but a very friendly online contact with the owner.

The bed mattresses were a bit too soft for my taste, but still ok. The outdoor furniture might deserve some maintenance. Also here: not a big issue.

pleasant and probably nice studio for the summer, but we didn’t feel comfortable here.

nice garden with pool. in January it was too cold to use it as expected. quiet location not far from the beach

we were here in January and felt locked up in this studio because it has no view and little daylight coming in. it took quite long to warm the room with the heater. the bed is way too small.

Splendid secluded retreat in green and quiet environment.

Casa da Montanha is located some distance from the village center, in a very quiet street, away from the "rush". We walked to Praia Da Luz, it took us approximately 20 min with views over nice villas and gardens. I usually sleep with eardrops: I did not use those at all here. No noise at night except just a little bit from the sprinklers in the garden and this can actually help :) Very green and lush environment (agaves, huge impressive cactuses, pepper trees, scheffleras bougainvilliers, yuccas, etc.), beautiful swimming pool, clean water,

I am not a smartphone geek at all (almost never connected). But the owner does not live on location and he assumes visitors would get his messages on their smartphone/IPad... whatever device. I misunderstood this and did not receive the arrival instructions. I just gave him a call and the case was solved within seconds anyway.

Great location!

It is a serene place, with great access. Everything you need is available, great wifi too, makes working remotely with ease.

The one thing that was a bit of a - is that the house and bathroom is right next to a garage. Sometimes a bit of gas / car oil smell was coming out the bathroom into the bed room. Now my partner wasn’t smelling it at all, and I know I tend to be more sensitive for smells. The rest was great value!

It is a hidden gem at Luz Beach! It was a superb and pleasurable staying in the studio! Everything was tide up, facilities are even better that one's though and a grill was provided by request. Definitely it is a place to come back every time. Thanks for the warm receiving.
