Location is great, the river running next to hotel is also gorgeous. We had a meal at the restaurant which was fantastic and the staff were amazing. We left our passports at a previous hotel and staff were so helpful in helping us get it posted to us. This is a hidden gem of a hotel

Restaurant and parking at the property was good.
We booked a standard room(130€/night) and arrived at 5 PM to a room with no mini fridge(it’s 35 degrees in July, so if you want to keep a bottle of water to cool in the fridge, good luck!) Explanation was that standard room doesn’t have a mini fridge. Interesting when we have to pay that amount of money to have no kettle or mini fridge in the room.
Toilet was not cleaned after previous travellers had left. There were no towels in the washroom to shower. We called the reception to ask for it, no one answered. Clearly the place is running on low staff. We went downstairs and eventually had someone to talk too, who put fresh towels in the room and arranged to have the toilet cleaned. Shower room had a non-functional lamp.
But with all this they would still charge you an unreasonable amount of money, because hey they are in Provence and someone famous once stayed there(as seen on their website).
Plus there was an international music festival in the village and the concert went on till 3 AM right next to the hotel in the public square. So the night we stayed, we barely slept. Not the hotel’s fault, but we are tourists who didn’t have a clue of what was going to happen in the place we stayed, it would have been good if the hotel could have warned us of this sort of event taking place right at its gate.

Location by the river. Lovely garden. Secure car parking. Restaurant. Room well decorated. Good bed. Room made available prior to official check in time
Needs a bell at hotel reception…( receptionist sometimes difficult to locate).

The garden/terrace area is absolutely beautiful and the location right in the middle of town is also perfect.
Plus they have a donkey.
Unfortunately, our room was not really that amazing since the bathroom was handicapped accessible and thus everything was completely under water after a shower. Also the view was only into the neighbouring rooms.

Great location, great food and fantastic service.

In the center of town, close to attractions and the restaurant is very nice. Dining by the water and nice breakfast.
A little run down inside the hotel room but not too obvious.

BEAUTIFUL location.
There was no kettle in the rooms

Good place for one night stay. Clean, free parking, nice bathroom.
The waiters in the restaurant were totally disorganized. At least 3 of them were serving our table. Some order items never came to us. I ordered a pizza without honey and received a pizza with honey. Also they don’t speak English, we had to use google translate to communicate.

It is in a nice location next to the river. Sandra gave us a good welcome.
The location is also a disadvantage as the restaurant is set up for casual lunch customers and the food was very poor.
Our shower was broken and generally the property is on need of maintenance.

The location of the property is exceptional. The restaurant overlooking the river is great, although not cheap.
The buffet breakfast is very limited and overpriced. There are great options just a couple of minutes walking from the hotel for having a more French-breakfast at a better price.

From the food to the location to the German speaking staff every thing was perfect and above our expectations. I highly recommend staying here and plan to return next year.
