Good location, easy to find. Next to beach and near the castle park. Wide selection for buffet breakfast which was very good . The beef dinner was also good with very generous portions . Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was nice and large , separate sitting area was a plus point . View was also nice .
The staircases and lift were a bit confusing at first , especially the way to the onsen, but you get used to it after some time. The cleanliness of the onsen could be improved .

I had a ocean view room with beds. But I wanted to have futon. They accommodated our request without any problem. Staff are super friendly and onsen was amazing.

Dinner seafood kaiseki was delicious! Staff was very polite and the public bath was superb.
Room entrance (genkan) was too narrow, it was a bit difficult to take off shoes and enter at once.

The hotel staff were very nice and professional. The beef kaiseki dinner was excellent! The hot spring baths were also nice.
A later check-out would be better
