Ubicación del Hotel, el personal de todas las áreas excelente , el desayuno y las habitaciones remodeladas, desde mi primera visita.

Los taxistas del Hotel precios muy altos , es mejor y trabaja perfecto el UBER.

We like the stay in the hotel and would book it again if we come back to Lima

Hotel excelente, bien ubicado, cómodas y amplias habitaciones, bien aisladas del ruido, y de la luz si se desea, gracias a los cortinajes black out. Personal muy amable. El jacuzzi en la suite excelente. Punto especial para las almohadas, de las mejores que me ha tocado ver en hoteles

Una cosa rara es que el baño tiene una ventana hacia la pieza, que resulta muy desagradable, y terminamos cubriendo con toallas. No costaría nada ponerle una cortina (qué permitiría abrir y cerrar, por si alguien realmente necesitara o quisiera ver el interior del baño desde la pieza)

Very well looked after !

Isabel at Breakfast was friendly and helpful - a real asset to the hotel. The desk staff were excellent in helping me find my lost spectacles - arranging with the uber driver to deliver them back to the hotel.

Gym was weak.

Would not buy again

Good location. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is truly terrible. Probably the worst breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. Especially at this price point. Some of the staff were very unhelpful: front desk lady didn’t want to book an airport shuttle for 9pm because my checkout was at noon. Also the shower is horrendous. Without touching the knobs it suddenly gets scalding hot. Then cold. Then hot. It’s truly an experience.

Excelente servicio, me hubiera gustado que el desayuno hubiera un poquito más de variedad, pero es aceptable, bonita experiencia.

Estaban haciendo remodelaciones y la piscina no estaba disponible.

Me gustó mucho la habitación, la atención fue muy buena. El desayuno estuvo muy rico y había mucho surtido.

Me gustó todo. Solo daría una sugerencia: la piscina, si bien es temperada, saliendo hacía mucho frío. De repente pueden considerar techar esa parte.

Tudo. O atendimento da recepção ao serviço de quarto e café da manhã foram ótimos. A cama muito confortável e o quarto muito limpo. O café da manhã é bem completo com opções variadas e saborosas.

- Building is old and not that well maintained - Cheap interior (doesn't feel like 5 star) - Breakfast is OK but not 5 star - Minibar / fridge was empty

Great location and service, good value

A standard buffet breakfast. On Sunday, peruvian chicharrones was added and was very good.

A stronger peruvian touch. And better quality of the following: Bread, jam (sauco and aguaymanto w little fruit), coffee. You could also consider offering a premium version with higher priced peruvian fruit and expresso coffee... I also had lunch and dinner several times at the restaurant. The quality of the food and the presentation are superb. I am peruvian and know about peruvian food -- I had most of the peruvian dishes and would recommend them even to my peruvian friends and family. Especially good were Lomito Saltado (nice presentation of the fries) and sopa criolla.

Comfy and fun!

We stay there with a family of 5 persons (3 children). We really enjoy how convenience of location. It is so easy to walk to many nice shops and restaurants, also the beach. Staff Sebastian and Jomer always try to help when we need.They provide a lot of help and information to make our stay more comfortable and fun. We definitely love to visit Lima again and stay in Crown Plaza with such great experience.

Comfortable bed, all amenities, big bathroom with both bath and shower, nice personnel, very good breakfast, location in the middle of Miraflores - what more can you ask for. Didn’t use fitness facilities, so can’t comment on them

One of the best Hotels. I will highly recommend. All the staff are so friendly also the hotel manager Ms.Nancy she is unbelievable whit her help. I will definitely came back here soon. The breakfast is amazing every day they have different food and the kitchen staff are Amazing. The kitchen manager is so helpful. Great job Crown Plaza Hotel you guys are AMAZING.
