Beautiful hotel, nice and clean.
4.3
La modernité, la décoration, la structure d’un champ familial extrêmement bien conçue
Le seul point négatif est le fait que l’arrêt de métro le plus proche se trouve à une dizaine de minutes à pied.
4.3
Super dog friendly ! Beds and bowls provided and dogs welcome everywhere
Nothing

The place is a great place to stay and get the most of East London. Shoreditch has a lot to offer for youngsters. Everything seems to be close enough with a 2 hop on overground or by Bus.
Breakfast at the rooftop was supposed to end at 11am. Most of us were almost kicked out close to 9am, and some sort of rude attitude by 2 employees who seemed desperate to clean things out and get us on the move. Not the best experience from a great hotel with great reception and great help from both Ian and the other host which I can't remember the name. They gave the best tips about Shoreditch and move within the area and other places to must visit. They deserve the best different than the folks at the rooftop which were really rude. Also, the variety of items in the breakfast (buffet) wasn't really much appealing to me that comes from Brazil with a vast variety of options.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is well situated with many restaurants and bars nearby. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel, however the coffee shop provided nice coffees but rather average pastries.
I would not advise a room on the top floor unless you have earplugs. There is a club on the top floor which is loud on the weekends. The television volume only worked intermittently.

Incredible stay for my partners birthday, cannot recommend this hotel enough. Wonderful, attentive staff.

Good, very friendly staff
At breakfast you could only choose one drink on the menu and one of the choices was fruit juice. I don’t drink juice at breakfast, but most people like a juice with breakfast. We were not warned that the cappuccinos ordered were not one of the available options. I only realised when we saw the bill on checking out, I was told that the items would not be charged, but the emailed invoice still showed the items. Also the meal in the Kasa restaurant, although reasonably cooked, was cool by the time it was received and barely substantial. The wine was the worst I have ever drunk and that includes some really rough stuff I had at Uni 50 years ago for 39p a bottle. It cost £55! Luckily the company was so good it didn’t spoil our evening.
I didn’t like all the bits and bobs in a basket in the room, all offered at extortionate prices (there wasn’t even a price list in my room). Storage was not adequate for two people and all the tot on sale took up a lot of the little there was

Location
Too many non complimentary snacks.

We had the best nights sleep the bed was so comfortable

Location was great. Easy walk to transportation.
Not being told about checkout and fees for tipping staff. I don't mind tipping but transparency about the fee added to your bill was hidden in signing in when checking in. If you use express checkout you cannot opt out. Feels hidden and shady.

Clean and friendly staff
Breakfast options were limited. They don’t provide a buffet

Staff were very professional
Not being able to enter my room after a long day.Reason being my credit card was charged £100 on arrival, and I charged a breakfast & some drinks to the room which incurred a charge of £110. No communication on arrival that I would not be able to enter my room if I went over the charge.
Was not very happy.
Water was lukewarm for a bath, and very uncomfortable bed.Very hard chairs to have breakfast on also.

Great location and courteous staff

The bed was super comfortable and cosy, big and lots of lovely pillows, I slept like a baby. The window bay was great, worth the extra money for this room type. I wish I had more time to sit there watching the happenings on the street.
The room smelled bad. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with the smell, like a foul smelling toilet. The carpet just outside the bathroom was very wet, so perhaps something had happened and been cleaned but they hadn't dried the carpet. It was enough to make my socks wet every time i walked on it. The carpet was also poorly laid, fraying around the edges and lumpy in the middle. We got disturbed 5x (in less than 24 hrs) by cleaners or room service that wasn't for us. No I hadn't put Do Not Disturb on my door but I've never had this before at a hotel - these people would knock then bowl on in. They woke me up when having an afternoon nap (jetlag!), and kept opening the door asking if we were done before it was even check out time on the morning we left. To top it off the check out was complicated and took ages and as I was rushing to catch a plane I found it very frustrating.

Rooms are great and large, staff is very friendly, everything's clean all around. Shower's not the best; enough towels but no bathrobes (would expect them for the price).
Bar in the hotel is lackluster, closes too early as well. Rooftop bar was closed on our first night due to a private party (really?!) and the next day closed for renovations.

Perfect overnight stay!
My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary/ saw the Foo Fighters at London Stadium. We were given a free upgrade (I’m guessing because it was our anniversary) and when we got to our room we were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco on ice - the dream!
One Hundred is in a great location. Close to loads of cute cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to Liverpool Street which is only 3 stops on the tube from Stratford and not too far from London Bridge/central London.
Unfortunately we didn’t get to see much of the hotel’s facilities other than our room and the lobby but what we did get to see was lovely and the staff were so helpful and friendly!
We’ll definitely be visiting again and hopefully we can make the most out of the facilities.

The location is awesome, right in the heart of Shoreditch and near the Overground, easy to get to other neighborhoods. My room was very nice and had a bench right by the window, very pleasant. Easy access to the rooftop for breakfast and happy hour drinks!
No complaints! I had issues with my air conditioning and someone was there to help right away!
4.3
The overall room experience was great. Extremely comfortable and cozy bed, high quality sheets and towels. Large room with a lot of space for dining. Amazing noise reduction, even though we were located on the street side, we couldn't hear anything. Moreover great curtains, despite large windows, complete darkness could be made.
Location is great, Shoreditch is definitely the upcoming neighbourhood, directly in front of the hotel is bus station and 10 minutes away is an underground station. In a short distance is market with a very diverse food choices.
Unfortunately during our stay the rooftop was closed for breakfast. Also, while breakfast was delicious and healthy, more options should be available.

The staff were very helpful!!!
Very overpriced! It’s a young hotel, the hotel lobby was more like an internet cafe! The lobby bar was so poor! Hard wooden seats, marked and scratched!
No restaurant! Breakfast was served in the lobby bar!!!
The rooftop bar, which was supposedly a great feature! Was closed for refurbishment!!!
The room was ok!!! Everything in the room was so expensive!
No where near a four star property! I have had better stays in a Travelodge!!!
Never going back!!!!

Fab hotel in a fantastic location.
On arrival, we were asked for a card to secure £100 to cover any minibar purchases or damages during our stay, which was fine. But i didn't like the fact that on checkout, we were told that the £100 would take up to 15 days to be refunded. Would have preferred to have had this explained in more detail during check-in or before arrival via email/message. I used a debit card and was minus £100 for a fornight, which was very inconvenient. If i had been prepared, i would have used a credit card and not suffered any hassle.

Room is nicely decorated
- Arrived after 3pm. Had to wait to check in for like 20min. Still at 4pm, I had no room because it wasn't ready. Check in time is at 3pm.
- vibrations noise in the room that were disturbing at night. We had a room on the 1st floor.
- The service charge they want to automatically add to the room rate is ridiculous. If the staff is not getting paid enough, just add a tenner to the room rate and call it a day. Who charges tips on room rates? Not classy and just creates a crappy experience.
- The breakfast that was included in the rate which they call "a la carte" is basically toast with egg, acovado or mushroom... with one choice of a side of egg, avocado and sausage. This is not what I expect from hotel breakfast.

The hotel was lovely. Had a little issue in the bathroom on our arrival which was rectified straight away. The loft room was a good space.
We were surprised to find the bed turned down. Lovely touch.
Clarissa on reception was exceptional.
It was our birthday and wedding anniversary. We were given free prosecco on the roof bar.
Bus stop just outside, everywhere accessible.
Breakfast was a small menu in the lobby. Very good
Will return.
Initially not given enough info when we checked in. Clarissa made up for it. How to use lift. Breakfast times ect.
4.3
Front of house staff were helpful and friendly.
The room we were in had no view and faced a brick wall. The staff in the rooftop bar appeared to be slightly disorganised. Otherwise the front of house staff were extremely accommodating!
4.3
Great atmosphere and interior decor was lovely perfect location for Spitalfields, city and east London markets
Gonna have to knock the £5 a snicker bar in the hotel room when Tesco was across the road lol
4.3
Great location beautiful comfortable room
Only small thing we were looking forward to a drink at rooftop bar but it was closed due to private event
4.3
Everything
No parking as the car park opposite(used last time ) was closed for the film studios so nearest one then was 15-20 mins walk not ideal especially arriving late because of traffic and costing £70 for 2 nights parking .
4.3
Spacious, comfortable studio room with well-equipped bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows and an effective blackout blind. Loved the art and wall hangings in the room and in the corridor leading to the rooms. Efficient and courteous check-in by Ryan. There are plenty of options for liquid refreshments in the hotel - a fabulous rooftop bar and terrace with awesome views, a cosy basement cocktail lounge, a coffee bar and a lobby bar all of which looked enticing but we didnt have time to make use of them this time. However, I would definitely like to return again soon!
Only one breakfast tea sachet, which was disappointing. I like coffee and other types of tea, but I do like a cup of breakfast tea in the morning but couldn't have one. The towels in the bathroom were hard and rough to the touch. I associate high end hotels such as this with lovely, soft, fluffy towels.

Room, bed and area.
No water into the room, only a dispenser near the lift. Breakfast not included coffee or cappuccino ;) amazing.
