Great place to stay!

Emily Mc. was extremely helpful in booking and organising the ideal room for us. I really appreciated her help as we wouldn't have stayed if it wasn't for her and her lovely customer service. Thank you Emily. Lovely cabin/chalet atmosphere with fireplaces in the main area and restaurant.

Just a shame there weren't extra staff to support those working, as they were very often working hard to keep up with demand/orders. All the staff were extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Special mention was the service from Mia and Madison. Hard working and always cheerful.

Despite room temperature we enjoyed our stay. Have stayed previously without the heating problem.

Rooms were adequate. Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was great and relaxing.

The hydronic heating was inadequate. The room was not warm enough when the valve was wide open and the outdoor temperature was between 3-11 degrees. Expect worse in the middle of winter. Spoiled what would otherwise have been excellent. Didn't bother complaining. Be careful if allocated Room 9.

Maddie at reception was super helpful - even when she was off-shift she helped us with an issue. I nominate her for employee of the month!! So friendly and helpful.

Wyndham was just about the only thing that was open in Dinner Plain in Summer. their chalet is very comfortable and homy

The chalet we were in was fabs! We loved everything about it - bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining rooms and especially the bay windows and fire place!

the foxtel tv did not work, but we did not go there to watch tv, just that it should have been checked and fixed prior to check in

Everything was good except for no breakfast being available - not even a continental breakfast - which was very disappointing for an establishment such as this - although it did appear to be a problem in the whole of Dinner Plain we could of at least been advised of this prior to our stay.

Superb

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were short staffed due to the pandemic and kept apologising for delays, but service was still excellent. Helped me choose trails to hike and gave us vital info about the trails to keep us safe. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious.
