We paid 3 rooms with double beds quite spacious but that's it.Nothing more good to say ! Too pricey for this and alot of problems including the location that is too far from everything,
Water is one of the main problem in this Resort. So disappointing that water doesn't run well, that you have to wait till you get wet for an hour tops including flushing the toilets. It's a big resort with different restaurant but sadly was all close except for one in the reception which is too expensive for 1 customer. Worse is we chose this Resort because of the adventure like zipline and others which are closed! No consideration till the last day of stay at 7 am we heard an echoing event outside using their microphone that all was woken up. All in all was a nightmare and we will definitely not recommend it to all foreign or local people. What you see is not what you get!

The grounds were huge. The room was huge and the Xmas village was a fun activity that the kids enjoyed. Very cool weather and there were a lot of trees, you could really feel that you were staying in nature.
Some of the facilities are old like the obstacle course. The place can actually be beautiful if they just upgraded some of the facilities a bit. Some of the restairants were closed.

We liked the size of the rooms and the surroundings. The Christmas Village was a hit for the kids. The food was decent.
Speed of room service has to improve. Felt bad for the Staff, they seem to lack training when it comes to handling special cases like extension of stay or modified bookings. My cousins went through an ordeal to get back to their room. A "know-it-all" manager is missing to support staff decision making.
The showers have very low pressure. Some rooms had close to no hot water at all.
Since it's december it was quite cold so we were not able to enjoy the pools. I guess it's better to stay in the hotel during the summer time.

The location, the wave pool was functional, the staff were very friendly.
There are no phones in the cabins, so if you're staying near the wave pool, you'll struggle to contact reception as you would only rely on the mobile service which is hit and miss.
The cabins are old. They are tired and could use a renovation. Maybe dividing the space into a living and bedroom area will help.

Luv d ambiance, d sense of security with
guarded entry gate & manned gate. The facade of the main building and architecture is like entering a new dimension of relaxation waiting for your stay. Well decorated n lush landscape devour your inhibitions. Cleanliness is topnotch. Cordial and attentive staffs will lure you to uninvited inquiries.
There were 6 of us, two couples decided to try the twin deluxe cabins.. they were spacious little bit undecorated but very functional. One cabin encountered a plumbing problem on the get go but was promptly addressed and the other had a minor adjustment needed on the air-conditioning but was fixed.
I splurge a little in the starlight deluxe twin room.. to my amazement come with an awe. Well furnished, spacious in every way and cleanlines is second to none. Perfection doesn't come easy.. funky smell off of the bathroom that cannot be eradicated with my small canned odorizer. Expensive looking marbled tiles all around the bathroom and fixtures. But was diminished by a way off unmatched toilet seat.. disappointing.
Oh, with all that luxury in that room they only provide one bath towel for each of the 2 registered guests, when ask about 2 hand towels n 2 face towels.. they don't have it(ONLY BATH TOWELS). And I asked for extra towel because of uneven drainage that causes water to spill out of the glass enclosure.. they charge 100pesos for each extra towel. That was a first!! Other than that.. luv the room.
Was discussed n pointed out in the comments prior.. your welcome to dissect it.

the restaurant was poor quality, the rooms need refurbishment, most the activities are not available the place has gone to rack n ruin over last few years

Breakfast is good. The room assigned to us is spacious.
We reserved for 2 cabins. They are not available when we arrived. Saw sample of cabins. They are old and dirty. The pools are dirty also.

Facilities are starting to show wear and tear. Management seems to have redirected their attention more on the Skylight Building.

The wave pool only
The electricity corruption and the room has no electric outlet for the CP charger no ref. Or microwave

Reception area looks nice.actually the resort looks nice.
The cabin inside.needs a lot of improvement. They also seem to turn off the water at night which is so annoying. The corkage is ridiculous. If you bring alcohol or food in, they will charge you the same amount as the price of what you brought in.
