It was excellent as an all inclusive hotel
We had a room for three and our 21 year old Grandaughter as we were there for a wedding we didn’t expect a camp bed brought in and we had very little space and nowhere to hang all the clothes so she lived out of her case. Other guests with us with 3 occupancy had separate beds and lots of space

Cocktails are amazing

The food & selection of drinks were great. The resort was fab very clean. The entertainment was awesome especially the greatest showman.
Our room was nice but a little noisy.
There could have been a pool table & an area where you could watch international football.
The mini disco in the evening could have more dancing opportunities for the kids

Hotel is very nice, swimming pools are big, lazy river around its nice addition, food was outstanding, all the drinks and popular cocktails included, beautiful Landa beach just across the road, kids and teens club very well organised with lots to do for 12+children also. Our room location wasn't great facing back of the hotel where deliveries used to come to the kitchen so was quiet noisy.
I would highly recommend this hotel for family/friends holiday.
If its out of season pools are not heated so water is cold. Sea was warmer when the pool in April

the staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful and always present and quick to help.
the hotel it self is very big with many attractions and stuff to do.

Great hotel! The staff is very nice and doing everything to make you feel good. The hotel is very clean and has a variety of food. Also a lot of pools and things to do for kids.
The pools are too cold and the Cypress restaurant was not good at all.

The food was delicious! a true all inclusive hotel with a lot of food options for different tastes and restrictions. The food was one of the hotel strengths. The pools were great and clean. the evening entertainment was great - all the family enjoyed :)
one of the a la carte restaurants (adults only) only accept the entrance of mean with shoes and pants. This was not said when the restaurant was booked and unfortunately we couldn't eat there as my husband didn't take a closed shoe to the summer trip. Besides, the hotel book the sun beds for the gests in the swimming pool, meaning that you cannot choose where to sit and you have to sit every day in the same place.

First of all, best trained staff in the whole of Cyprus. Absolutely impeccable team throughout the facilities that we have experienced, from reception to restaurant to lifeguard.
Lovely restaurant, very atmospheric with wonderful music that lightened the mood. We arrived after a long day and a stressful experience at a previous hotel, and the lovely team and setting submersed us into a completely different state of mind.
Very comfortable bed with amazing fluffy feather pillows.
Dinner and breakfast were great. Large buffet selection, including gluten free options on bread, and plenty of choices for someone trying to stick to a paleo diet. Good coffee. Also would separately rate the chef pancakes.
Service, service, service. Made me feel really good about the money spent.
Unfortunately, this hotel is not on the beach and room views could not offer anything better than the carpark.

great hotel, we stayed in Fisherman’s village adults only and was amazing
all of it , nothing not to like

Room was OK, with very nice view. The kitchen is very good, good variety of food, even with thematic nights of different cuisine. The pool area and poolbar is really nice, need to be mentioned the smart sunbed allocation system.
In the 21th century shower is desired instead of bathtub in the bathroom. Unfortunately the closest beach is around 8-10 minutes walk. The ala cart restaurants were overbooked, not possible the book even 7 days in advance( e.g. Greats).

We had room without balcony at first and the road was a bit noisy during the night. I went and asked Angelina at the reception for another room if possible, and she has spoken to her superior and yes, they have giving us amazing room with little garden! Thank you very much!
Then there was another tiny problem with the walking shower, i have mentioned it at reception, when we have came back from dinner they have fixed it! The hotel staff is really great! Special thanks to Angelina and Lilly!! x
Nothing to say really.. everything i mentioned has been immediately fixed and sorted!

We booked adult only and the room in the Fishermans Village was excellent. The food was fantastic including the buffet style food. Overall excellent.
It is hard to pinpoint any negatives. The only grip was the cost for a week at this hotel was very expensive.

Amazing location, friendly staff. Suitable for family's and plenty of things to do. Our rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, food was nice and pools were clean and accessible.
We arrived at 11.30pm due to a flight delay and although we asked hours in advance for snacks or potential slices of pizza (known to be on the all inclusive menu) to be put in our fridge alongside some drinks we were told no as restaurants close at 9.30pm. The family rooms are by the wedding venue which pumped out loud music until late. Children are not allowed in all restaurants leaving dinner options limited apart from the buffet which was a shame and should be reflected in the price. We were charged almost £160 extra on arrival and their reasoning was still not explained and they attempted to charge us €260 on departure for items we had not used/asked for. Also our 'garden view' looked over a run down car park. Our aircon was broken for 2 nights. The cot provided wasn't suitable for 0-6 months, and was also broken!

The restaurants didnt open before 630pm which is late for people with babies, it is a family friendly hotel which also meant we couldnt book into most of the restaurants as they were fully booked for the earlier times even though we tried to book on day of arrival, which meant we missed out on some of the restaurants as nothing was available before 7.30pm with a 6 month old baby...

Stayed in Fishermans suite for adults only which was lovely. Some staff were excellent, particularly Veronika (Fishermans service) and Alvina (Olympic restaurant). Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with good shower
There was no map or clear guidance of where things were. Some staff were unsure when asked. Virtually Impossible to book restaurants at preferred (or any) time and the same for spa treatments. The lady on the customer service desk managed to book a restaurant for us but it was late and so we missed the entertainment.
We found the resort big and noisy and not what we expected of a 5* establishment. We would not wish to go again
