A very cosy accommodation, 3 minutes from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was nice and the breakfast very tasty.

location was good, close to our favorite beach and close to center
It look like they made more space out of an attic or something, where they put 2 beds. the bathroom was very uncomfortable, hitting your head everywhere: staying hunchback in the shower, using the toilet.
apart from spider webs, it was kinda clean, good bedsheets

We could see the Black Sea from out window. It was very quiet.
It was advertised as having a private beach. To me that means the beach is right next to the hotel/B&B and has beach chairs available to guests. The beach was about a 10 minute walk and down a fairly steep hill. It certainly is not for the mobility challenged. We paid 25 ley each for the use of a beach chair and cushion. (It’s 30 on the weekends.) That’s not expensive, about $5.50 for each of us, but it certainly wasn’t what we expected when it said private beach.

- very quiet area, perfect for rest and relaxation
- close to the beach
- good location for beach lovers, as well as for those who like to walk around and discover the city
Vila Flavia is located in a very nice quiet area, within a five-minute walk from the beach. It's perfect for a peaceful getaway, to rest and relax!
Hosts are extremely accommodating.
On the same street, there is a good restaurant with a large terrace called Popina Bucatarie Locala (Popina Local Kitchen), with homemade drinks and Greek- and Turkish-inspired dishes.
Nearby, you can also find a pastry shop and a couple of other stores.

We got a soup and wine when we arrived. We asked for an early breakfast (we had to catch the train to Bucharest). The owner was offered us to bring to the station what was really nice!

I felt very welcome. My hosts shared their meals with me, whenever I was in my room during mealtimes. Also close to the beach, a bus station, a mini market that is opened till 24:00 and some restaurants. Nice dog.
A little bit run down (AC, Mosquito door). A free power plug next to the desk would be great.

The owner was really kind and friendly, all the time available for any requests that we had
Nice and diverse breakfast (including homemade treats like foccacia and cakes)
Beautiful terrace, clean and comfortable room with great view, cozy beds
Placed near beautiful local beaches (not crowded and full of tourists, like in the other seaside towns)
Close to the city center and main boulevard with restaurants and bars
Close to the railway station
It is a bit difficult to get to the beach, but it's the specific of Constanta (placed on a hill and you have to take the stairs to access the beach)

Nice breakfast, welcoming staff and good value for the price! Clean. thank you!

The staff is really friendly and the rooms were big; it was close enough to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants, some of them quite good.
There was a bad small, drain most likely, in the bathroom; although the breakfast was home made and good, some way to keep the food warm would improve it.
