Great comfortable villa, clean beautiful swimming pool, good bbq facilities, amazing views to wake up to.
Would have liked a better table tennis and pool table never arrived but was promised in the booking.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. We were a large group but the villa felt extremely spacious.
We can't thank Andreas enough who arranged transfer from the airport for our villa and for family staying in a nearby villa. He arranged transport for us for the whole week and helped with any general enquiries we had.

The villa was stunning and exceptionally clean. The views over to the sea made it for me.
we hired a car and also quads to get about as it is would be about a 20minutes walk each way to Protaras.
Nothing really to complain about, if I had to pick something it would be maybe softer mattresses .

The facilities were perfect for our group. Lots to keep adults and children occupied. Very high specification. Table tennis was lots of fun. BBQ facilities and kitchen suited our needs - larger fridge would have been perfect but no complaints. Staff were attentive and even went the extra mile when we had TV and wardrobe issue - managed to get the football on for us!

photos are massively exaggerated, pool table was very old couldn’t really have a proper game
on it. the ping pong table had the worst balls ever also couldn’t play on it. bbq was tiny and also extremely old, could cook maybe 2 burgers on it at a time. location was at the top of a massive hill was a big struggle to walk to back from the shops.
the staff are disgusting. we was massively lied to about our stay. they pretend to be nice and as soon as you’ve payed and you get there they just leave you. they promised us we could either have late check out or have our bags collected. they did neither and instead we had to carry our bags around with us all day in the heat.

We had really good time in the villa. The view of the sea from the terrace will never bore you! Also it is not that far away from towns and beaches. As a big group of young people we can very much recommend it.
A big disappointment after arriving at the villa was finding that two of our friends must sleep on inflatable beds. We knew there were only 4 bedrooms, but we hoped there would be extra beds or a folding couch. (After an agreement with the hosts, they brought us two folding beds.)
Also basic things were missing e.g salt, washing gel, trash bags.
One of the outdoor lights worked only occasionally, most of the time it was flashing like a party, but that’s just a small thing.

what an amazing Villa! we traveled with 10 adults( grumpy parents in law,80 who dont like to travel :-) !) us(56) our grown up children and their partners (38,36, 24) and grandchildren twins11! 5,and 2 years old ! i was so worried traveling with so many people but everything was perfect! the heated pool(30C),pool table, kicker, ping pong table! all came in handy on those cold and windy days! we had enough utensils and plates, cups, glasses in the kitchen to cook and eat! Beds were super comfy! views were beautiful, especially the roof top! everything was clean, and yes i also found some cigarette buds from previous renters, but that had nothing to do with the cleaners, but inconsiderate smokers, cant expect cleaners to search under every pepples or stone! Imaginevillas always helpful before and while there! thanks for making our 10 day trip celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary such a happy event! thanks for the late check out, made our last day so relaxed!
a bigger refrigerator or an outside refrigerator for beverages would be nice, but we managed!

The person in charge of leasing the property was very helpful and the units available were cleaned thoroughly and had the amenities as listed.
There was a very big confusion as to the property rented. Apparently, the post for the Villa had multiple units and there was no clarity as to the reserved unit. We loved the house that we booked (6 bedroom), but apparently that was not the one we had reserved and this caused a lot of frustration. But it is worthy to mention that the agent did her best to accommodate us in a different holiday home more suitable for our requirements.

The location was brilliant, close to everything with stunning views but not overlooked.
the lack of kitchen utensils, there are no pots / pans to cook veg in and the kettle and coffee machine are tired and worked intermitently.

The property is very very nice, huge villa, the pool was nice and it got cleaned in the middle of our stay. The stuff was very nice and tried to meet our expectations. Close to the town but still a little bid distant and quite.
The villa was not as clean as we would like - some bathroom were clogged, cigarette butts in the front porch and around the pool, very dirty sheet in some of the wordrobes forgotten after previous people who stayed there, under the beds was dirty, windows and terraces as well.

Location is perfect. 10 mins from aiya napa and 5 mins to fig tree beach.

We booked this property last minute during coronavirus and as a result got a great deal.
The villa itself was lovely - great pool and sea views, good sized bedrooms with lots of storage. Air con in each room. The showers get really nice and hot with good pressure.
We were only 4 staying in a villa for 10 so it definitely felt really spacious but I think it would be quite tight for 10 people especially considering only ~5 sunloungers. For us, it was great.
The kitchen is well equipped and came with things like washing up liquid and the bathrooms had shower gel etc which is always handy.
The communication we had beforehand to intro us to the villa etc was really good.
We did have a problem with locking the sliding doors to the pool area but they sent round someone to look at it really quickly.
They were really helpful with booking taxis into town etc.
We were able to extend our check out free of charge as our flight home wasn’t until 10.40pm which was hugely helpful.
Location wise there isn’t an awful lot within walking distance (bars / restaurants/ shops) but we had a hire car and drive to Protaras and Ayia Napa.
It was a short walk to Cape Greco which was stunning and we enjoyed hiking there in the mornings.
The only thing we struggled with was driving to the villa late in the evening after landing because the turning from the main road isn’t easy to see but otherwise fine. And once we had done the drive in the daytime it was much easier to see.
