Clean hotel, friendly staff

Good hotel, the staff was very nice.

Contact with this hotel is limited. They don’t write back at the messages - you can only call to the main “headquarters”.

The worst possible administration and communicatio between the hotel, booking.com and us, the custom

Nothing, the hotel was shut to the public as it was full of refugees and we had to find another place to stay the night.

Booking.com telling us, after they were informed that the hotel was closed, so we could have made other arrangement sooner.

Pleasant

Location and staff. Close to sea..and staff friendly and helpful. Hotel dog friendly. Continental breakfast was a nice surprise.

Decor was tired and felt cheap. See-through curtains that didn't close easily. Outdated dried flower arrangements. Electrical sockets up too high or far from bed. No bedside lights in room, just overhead light. No hair dryer. Not nice reception/arrival area at hotel. Followed tape etc leading to bar area to check in. Made hotel feel more like an old pub on arriving. Not good first impression. Nice hotel stay spoiled by tired, 'cheap' decor.

Good location, spacious room, big bath, reasonably priced, unless you are booking a room to sleep in

The Location was good for our purpose, and the guy that booked us in was friendly. The room was fairly spacious, with a huge bath, we had a decent view out the front at a huge anchor.

The bed was really uncomfortable, at one point I tried to sleep on the fold down bed, but equally uncomfortable. Not very much sleep, so knackered in the morning.

close to the job location

we were charged for a second room due to either the hotel or booking.com being unclear on the room occupancy. Took a few weeks to sort out and get a refund from booking .com

Fine for an overnight stay.

Room was clean and seemed recently decorated, bed comfortable, en suite had full size bath.

Entrance from road through narrow corridor, then through crowded bar where bar staff doubled as reception staff. Room was very small. Felt more like a social club with rooms than a hotel. I was our 3rd hotel in a week, prices similar for all 3 but this one nothing like the standard of the others.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, fresh and clean. Very good value. Super jam sessions. Nice continental breakfast.

I don't have any negative feedback on this hotel.

Cheap and budget friendly hotel if you're in Greenock or stopping by. 5mins walk to city centre. Parking is on the street around the hotel. Close to the water also which has some nice views

Fine for a work stay.

Handy location.

Water supply! Shower very poor in design and operation. Windows cdnt open well and very stuffy. No decaff room drink options.

Very good

Scott speaks French very well and is a super nice guy! It is very pleasant to discuss with him in the evening over a glass of gin. The Damn Gin of the house is highly recommended.

Despite e numerous emails did not receive a reply to my cancellation as my wife had to have cancer surgery my request for refund has had no reply I am 76 and this is a severe loss,

Great hotel if your looking for location

The location is what made me pick this hotel. It was less than a 5 minute walk from Greenock Central which was perfect for me. Bed was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely. They offer a little breakfast bag for you in the morning although I didn't take them up on this.

The down stairs bar & reception area looked immaculate but once you go upstairs you start to notice that this place could be doing with a few areas freshened up. First room we got put into didn't have a door that locked, staff was great and quickly moved us, but the new room didn't seem to be as clean with a build up of dust in some areas.

Location was great,just basic accommodation,good for local amenities,staff were extremely helpful.

Very basic,but enjoyed visit,bit of lack of Bar and availability.
