The appartement is great and we would definitely recommend it! Perfect location in the heart of trastevere, close to shops, restaurants and to all the tourist attractions of rome. The flat and patio are quite and perfect to relax after a long walk through the buzzing area.
The communication with simone was fast and easy

Great location - very lively at night outside the apartment but very little sound of the night life once you are inside.
The apartment is a bit tired but this also adds to the ambiance

- friendly and helpful host
- nicely decorated appartement
- Everything was prepared for us when we arrived (beds made to match how many people we were, sufficient amount of toilet paper, welcome present, tips on what to do in rome laid out on the table...)
- Easy self check-in (keys in keyboxes)
- lovely terracce with fairy lights and candles
- Great location with many restaurants and bars around (sports bar right next to the appartement)
For those coming from cultures that value extensive breakfasts (looking at my fellow germans):
- Bring your own bread / buns (we only found toast at the minimarket)
- Just across the street you'll find an American style breakfast restaurant where you can get breakfast for under 12€ (eggs and bacon, bagels, sandwiches...)
You have to be aware that the doors are pretty small, even that to the elevator. Someone with greater body mass or a wheelchair/ baby stroller will not fit. Our luggage did fit sideways
With four adults the appartement does get somewhat crowded, but we knew this beforehand and were fine with it.

Our host, Simonetta, met us at the door and told us of many great restaurants nearby. The restaurants were outstanding! The location has a cute little patio with the dining table, and a couch area, which is wonderful!

the location was fantastic, in the center of Trastevere, but still a very quiet location...with a nice terrace...We enjoyed it for 200%

Lovely quiet apartment in a very old building, with trastevere at your door and Rome 200m across the river
All good

What a great find. Simonetta is a welcoming and gracious host and was very helpful in arranging transportation and explaining how everything functioned in the apartment
The apartment is a great location in the Trastevere district with many good bars, restaurants and street entertainment within the immediate area. We were initially concerned that it might be noisy but the apartment is situated at the rear of the building and was very quiet.
The air conditioned apartment is well stocked with cooking utensils, wine glasses, expresso machine and coffee,, clothes washing machine etc.
A bottle of wine and sweet loaves were there for us on check in. Nice touch.
We drove to the apartment before going to the car rental drop off and wouldn't do that again, as parking in the area is difficult and the apartment can be hard to find. Better to have a taxi deliver you to the front door where Simonetta will greet you.
There is a lovely little patio area with garden furniture and table which was really nice for morning coffee.
Any dislikes would be minor quibbles. The elevator is tiny, but pleasantly quirky.

You couldn't ask for a better location in Trastevere - mere feet from Piazza Trilussa - surrounded by all the great authentic Italian restaurants in the neighborhood - and even a "coffee shop" right out the front door where you can get a real "American" tall cup of coffee and a bagel with cream cheese if that is your preferred breakfast (the american university students have an influence on the neighborhood)
The apartment itself is pretty tiny, but that is typical - though there is a great outdoor patio off the bedroom with lots of sitting areas to sip some wine while still enjoying your privacy
Washing machine was broken for our stay, but I'm sure it will be fixed - and we did have to pay in cash - no card accepted - so we lost a lot of money on fees having to use the ATM nearby before we could settle in

This was an amazing base for our stay in Rome, very walkable to all the major attractions. The apartment is located in a “foodie” neighborhood and was surrounded by great restaurants. Our host was very accommodating and the apartment was perfect for our two person stay with tons of space. We loved the back patio, and the included laundry was a major perk.

We envoyed our days in Rome. The appartment is cosy and a quiete place in Trastevere with a wonderful terrace. Perfekt for small kids with a baby bathtub and water connection at the shady terrace. Outside you find great restaurants, cafes, fountains and gelaterias. Simonetta is a great hosts, very friendly and helpful. Thanks!
the apparment is inside a little bit small, but with the terrace perfect.

Everything was perfect. Simonetta arranged for a car to and from the airport at a reasonable fee (cheaper than taking a taxi). She met us at the apartment and offered us a bottle of wine, fresh fruit and snacks. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful terrace adorned with candles and lovely decorations. Simonetta was easy to reach throughout by text.
