I really loved the location and the hotel, I would definitely return.

The hotel was gorgeous. The room was specious and had a small kitchenette I wasn't expecting. The coffee service and breakfast were nice to have.

The wifi is only in the main space. And in the evenings you would get eaten alive from mosquitos if you sat out in the courtyard too long.

This property is extremely beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful even though we were not able to communicate very well with our non-existent Spanish.

Very historic hotel was like staying in a museum.

Breakfast was good

Air conditioner was very poor and made noises all night. But the two ceiling fan made it possible to get a good night sleep.

San Blas visit

The property was super, beautiful with a lot of history on the place, on front there is handcraft market that we enjoy, some minutes walk to san Blas pier, also to the twin church, and Juan Bananas bakery… so perfect location, to go to the San Blas fort was 5 min taxi, etc

The rooms were not yet done when we arrived but the managed to get it done inn30 min They do not offer dining only breakfast

The air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. There was no water at all in the morning.

Room was OK, clean but tired. Enough space

THEY INSISTED WE DID NIT HAVE RESERVATIONS! Even after I showed them the confirmation. There didn’t seem like anyway to contact Booking. Com! Had to wait while he called someone else & they kept looking at their book &my reservation on phone. Eventually we did get a room but by then we were very hot & upset. Pool was very dirty! Grounds & courtyard are lovely. Most of staff very nice.

Breakfast was good. And the location was great also.
