Would stay again for work travel.

Had a meeting in the city and work next day. I enjoyed being able to have a good night rest and waking up to good internet to catch up with work and the breakfast that followed.

Disappointed. I would not stay there again.

Time frame

Not enough towels or wash cloths in the room and constantly having to ask for the same. The toilet was not clean. No microwave in the room. Staff in the dining room not friendly at all. Sheets kept sliding off the bed to reveal mattresses that appeared unclean.

Location and wifi were good but would not stay here again.

Proximity to the ferry was good. The beds were comfortable and the wifi was excellent

There was a live cockroach in the room, which probably means there were more. It was a smoke free room but so much smoking in the area, that it made the air all smell like smoke and there were drunk people yelling outside our door at 2 am. The casino was open till 4 am and it was noisy all night.

This is the equivalent of a cheap motel. It was dirty and gross

The front desk, bar, and restaurant staff were all very nice

The room was filthy, smelled moldy, AC wouldn't turn down, water in shower was not hot. Only 1 face towel for 3 people. Asked for more face towels and housekeeping brought 1. Asked can we please have 2 more and she never came back. I checked out at 7am. I could not stay another minute.

I would stay again it's very convenient as for location and friendly atmosphere

Breakfast was good each morning. View is beautiful. The location is great close to a lot of local bars, and restaurants. A short walk to a park full of vendors that sell food. And located water front so the Ocean breeze is priceless.

They could update the furniture and building. From the outside it's nothing to look at really, but it is comfortable with a little AC and staff was great and very attentive, cable and wifi was good to have, plus it has a casino and club so entertainment was close.

The food was good. Portions were too big. Someone should have suggested we shared. The waitress at dinner the first night there was incredibly nice!!

There was mold in the bathroom. The people working breakfast were extremely rude. My son would have loved some games after seeing the adult rooms.

secure, nice location, amazing pool and breakfast was included.

hotel could provided options to call for other food places to deliver. only one restaurant on site. and only provided 1 bottle of water in room and have to pay for additional ones.

The check in was east and the room was good… views were beautiful!

The restaurant was terrible!! At dinner, our waitress was lovely (super friendly and helpful), but the food was the worst meal we had our entire trip. At breakfast (which was supposed to end at 10), we arrived at 9:30 and there was barely any food left. E asked for plates and the server seemed annoyed. We asked if there were any eggs and she replied “there was an omelette station” then disappeared. I thought she was going to get us eggs or omelettes or something, but she never came back. We then asked her colleague for some help and she shrugged us off. We left and went elsewhere.

The ladies at the front desk were nice enough.

Restaurant and Bar service was pretty rough. Rooms are dated. Windows dirty. Shower was in bad shape. TV was old and not working.

Maintenance needed

Staff were friendly.

The whole hotel is in serious need of maintenance. Many areas, including the pool area, have cracked flooring, peeling paint etc. There was a lot of rubbish visible, such as old ac units, rotten boards etc. Some of this disrepair will be due to the hurricane a month ago, but a lot is just because the place is old and poorly maintained. Breakfast was very poor.

Got there room was not clean no TV next day no current they had to relocate us to another hotel,was a mess don,t think I want to stay there again and to top it off no apology from the hotel

The breakfast was Excellent, pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, Delicious coffee. The view was beautiful.
