Très bon séjour !

Tout était formidable. Lit confortable, chambre propre, grande salle de bain. Merci pour tout ! :)

Le seul petit bémol est que le petit-déjeuner n'est pas inclus dans la réservation. Mais c'est un détail puisque tout le reste est parfait :)

Gelungener Urlaub, um die Region und die Mentalität der Einwohner zu entdecken.

Das Frühstück war zwar nicht abwechslungsreich, aber sehr hochwertig und lecker. Käseprodukte aus der Region, leckerer Joghurt, sowie alle üblichen Getränke, was will man mehr.

Ein ordentliches Messer in der Küchenzeile. Hätte fragen können, aber ich hatte mein eigenes Messer dabei.

Pleasant

The lake is very near. The aprtment is brand new

The sauna and hamman were closed. I choose the location primarily for those services. I was traveling with my bike and a sauna would have been perfect and the end of the day.

Very pleasant stay and would happily stay again

Very spacious and clean room. Efficient check in system with a lockbox when I arrived on a Sunday. The electric blinds and curtains provided a great black out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare food and wash up. The location was convenient for me as I was visiting the university rather than the centre (but it is only about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre or an easy bus ride).

The room was very hot (because of the time of year) and the air cooler provided was very noisy (squeaky) which meant it was unpleasant to have on. Other than that, no complaints!

The floor was an odd material. Not carpet but not wood or vinyl either, I can't quite describe it. It made the room very un-cosy..

Nice little fitness and sauna. Reasonable size room/app

Balcony as if it wasn't (small, dirty and noisy). Basic place, no extra comfort items. Towels replaced only every 3 days or extra cost. Reception only in the morning. The downstairs cafeteria was closed during my entire stay. Had to pay 'taxe de sejour' for two people even if I was only one. The hotel cannot modify it if reservation is done via Booking (not if reservation was directly done on their webpage). Need to take the bus/car to reach the town center. Very high price, so poor value for money.

Convenient location for my work, local transportation in front of hotel and walking distance to the lake beach and promenade great sunset. Everything worked just fine, the access door, key, etc, all the information available was very accurate. Thank you

Although all the information were available and very well explained, only a swiss contact was available for any issues. The AC was too warm and I was not able to adjust it, so I opened the window, also worked but it would be nice to have a local in-house contact.

Very good

Good location, transportaton connection ( the bus stop is right at the hotel, 5 min from the Metro by bus), well equipped kitchen with the utilities. Very convenient for a long term stay. Nice restaurant at the property.

Great location for remote work with plenty of beautiful walks by the lake- will stay again if in Lausanne

- excellent location, especially with a dog - suitable for working remote (wifi was ok and room had a desk) - supermarket ~5min away but restaurant downstairs has good basic dishes that vary nearly daily - washer & dryer self service with a decent price - great staff!

It was next to the leak and gardens ,Great experience

Great Location, it was the hottest summer ever in Lausanne , The rooms was as sauna bath even with the fans provided

Very good hotel! Would come again!

This hotel locates very close to the lake, so shortly you can have a walk along the side of the lake, very nice! The room has more than enough space, especially like the bed, proper softness! Moreover, there are coffee machine and cooking plates in the room, light cooking is possible~ A lot of details pleased us, e.g. comfortable floor, user-friendly curtain and so on.

Location was convenient to the lake activities and was quiet. Mini-kitchen was appreciated.

Bathroom had mildew and needed a good bleaching.
