It was only one night, so it was okay for the price.

Clean and good location and nice and quiet. The price was good for Melbourne. The living area was quite roomy and kitchen well equipped with fridge, microwave and a full oven, which we used, however there were no oven mitts or trays, so it was a challenge. There was foil on the existing oven racks, so we put food directly on that and used the tea towel to pull rack out so we managed.

The single beds were too hard and the choice of pillows were one too hard and high and the other too soft and low. They were also cramped in a small room next to the bathroom which didn’t have anywhere to put your toiletry bag or clothes. There was an oven but no oven mitts or trays to cook anything in.

Room was great

The car park doesn’t fit vehicles over 1.7m high. The instructions from staff on where to park were confusing and I ended up with a parking ticket. Not happy.

Overall, a little pricey for a one night stay near the city. Fairly average rating

Fairly clean, amenities are ok. Walkable distance to the tram stop

Tv and Netflix wasn’t working which I communicated to staff the day I was leaving. There was no evening service to fix the issue. The balcony view was of another building. The lighting a little dim for the rooms.

Fabulous as always! It’s our accommodation of choice when in Melb.

Everything! Exceptional value for money. Great sized room, proximity to Bridge Rd.

I would have liked a larger tv in bedroom. Not complaining though. First world problem!

Affordable clean room with everything you need

Great location, clean, modern facilities for a great price. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay near MCG or Rod Laver.

Won’t be stay there next time. Overpriced for $340 a night

Close to shop

TV works for 5 mins then fuzzy all night. Shower head need fixing badly. Pouring water with little sprinkle. Rangehood works for a while then doesn’t work. The mattress is hard and had bad sleep for 2 nights. Woke up with a sore back!

Rustig hotel met comfortabel bed en prima douche.

Uitstekend en comfortabel bed.

Locatie viel tegen, weinig restaurants inde directe omgeving. Alleen met openbaar vervoer (bus en tram) is de stad bereikbaar. De foto’s van de hotelkamer beloven meer dan wordt aangeboden. Geen bank, geen leunstoelen, kleine keuken, weinig middelen om een maaltijd te bereiden.

Terrific stay, perfect for events in the MCG/AAMI Park precinct.

We went to a concert at AAMI Park, so it was a nice walk there and back. Great location near terrific restaurants and pubs in Richmond. Clean, welcoming staff, great facilities.

terrible customer service, below acceptable

the facilities

tried to overcharge us for 3 people stay when 3 were booked, then overcharged on arrival, now we are told it will take up to 30 days for security deposit to be returned, absolute rubbish. got us to sign some terms and conditions on arrival after 10 gour trip and being overtired, before allowing us in. not very professional. very unaustralian, absolute disgusting service. do not recommend at all, even though the facilities were good.
