Overall, I had a good stay. Excellent customer service. Vegetarian food was very delicious.

The restaurant has made some exciting updates to their entire menu, making breakfast here even more enjoyable compared to my last visit. The vegetarian dishes were delicious, showing that they weren’t just prepared for the sake of it, but with genuine care and thoughtfulness. The positive attitude of the entire F&B staff (Chef Asmeet, Vishnu, Sateesh, Arul, Veera, Jayakartic, Sruthimal and the rest of the team) also made the breakfast experience even more joyful.

It would be great to see more protein options on the menu. The daily chicken roast could be replaced with grilled chicken or fish, which would likely be more appealing. Additionally, instead of serving sausages in water, grilled sausages would be much preferred.

Breakfast . The services rendered by seetha, rothith, sreekanth, akil, and the doorman very polite, patient, helpful. Also the restaurant chefs and staff there. Very prompt, and assist with smiles.

For First Timers to India a great location .Very central and you get a true idea about the city.

I liked the familiarity of the Hilton but it lacked the above and beyond cleanliness that I was use to. Staff and servic

It was nice to have a safe place to arrive as a solo traveller. Management helped arrange a car for me at the airport and picked me up as it was late at night.

The bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom did not feel extremely clean as I am use to from brands like the Hilton and even the Hyatt. There was some wear and tear that hadn’t been repaired or kept up. The carpet looked stained.

Reception and house keeping staff is excellent in their work but restaurant staff service is poor

Maintenance of lift very poor, food service to room too late , required reminder calls for food supply to room, we stuck in the lift 2 times same day, one lift every time under maintenance, restaurant staff took 45 minutes to provide 4 tea in restaurant

Nice staffs but some changes / improvements in the building must be made .

The restaurant is small and dark . Food takes longer .. food is okay/ ordinary .. buffet is very limited .. swimming pool area is very small and not much sun protected .. Kerala has extreme high UV index so it would have been nice to find some good shades around the pool area. The gym has no windows .. if you are claustrophobic, you would never step into that room … the hotel is not worth the money.

It’s the best location if you wanna be in the city. Clean property and padmaswamy temple is 7 min drive.
