Located next to International school, with lots of street vendors on edge of property for quick, cheap, delicious foods and fresh spun fruit smoothies. Plenty of space and all the amenities needed. Host showed us around and was very friendly. Pool available as well as small shops on property, and small mall across the street. Taxis readily available too.
Decor is a little dated.

It's not a hotel, it's just a suite in an old apartment building.
Before check in, you need to call the landlord and ask her to drop off the keys. The landlord can only speak Thai, not any other languages, including English.
There was no service, the facilities were poor and the room smelled musty. The only three-legged table with a broken leg in the living room , and it wobbles so much that it can't hold a laptop. I couldn't find the WIFI password, and I couldn't talk to landlord when I called because of the language barrier.
The bedroom was very small and the air conditioner was blowing at you all the time, which was very uncomfortable.
After entering the room, the room is very hot, but at this time can not turn on the air conditioning, because the landlord has not installed the filter after cleaning the air conditioning.
Before leaving, the landlord asked me Turn off the refrigerator and turn off the power of the whole house when I checked out.
Although the facilities and services are poor, the price is more than 1,700 baht per night, which is similar to the four-star Maple Hotel, 2km away. The Maple Hotel is 1,900 baht per night, which includes a hearty breakfast.

Nadda is responsive and easy to work with. We requested a room we stayed in on a prior visit and we were able to get it.
Nadda was able to work with my son on the key pick up since we were a late arrival.....very handy.
