Trato excelente

Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El hotel es bonito y está ubicado en el barrio de El Gros, muy cercano al centro y por descubrir ya que es muy agradable. Nos hicieron muy buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes típicos. Ofrecen un córner de cafetería que se agradece.

Would stay again

Everything was perfect the hotel is super clean and nice, the were some treats that makes it special to stay there, the reception lady was super nice and gave me some tips to eat at the city that were awesome

tastefully decorated hotel with a lift. excellent location perfect to explore Gros and the Old Town. super friendly and helpful staff who gave us recommendations for pintxo bars which we loved

ok, but not wonderful but it was clean

it was clean and close to the city centre

front desk is not maned all the time - only when guests say they are arriving. The location is directly on the train line which is not ideal. no option for breakfast, just some fruit in a basket and tea and coffee to make yourself.

Okako Hotel San Sebastian

Very friendly staff that went out of their way to help and accommodate their guests. They also provided recommendations for pincho tours (a must do activity) and other go-to places to visit and enjoy while in San Sebastian. The staff is very patient when you are not a native Spanish speaker so that was also a plus. Room was very clean, quite, and comfortable. It had everything it needed for a weekend stay. The access to a hotel was also very easy and convenient. Location was excellent as it was only few steps away from all the action as well as the bus station and yet it provided the quite environment for a good night sleep. Definitely recommend and would book again if ever back in San Sebastian. Thank you!

Great Location & Friendly Staff

The hotel is in a great location and you can easily walk to all of the typical sights. Adriana, one of the owners, was very friendly and gave great recommendations for where to eat/visit. The hotel itself is very clean and well-decorated. The showers and wifi were excellent.

Interior rooms may feel a bit claustrophobic as the only natural light comes from a very small and dark interior patio. Mattresses were not the most comfortable, but tolerable.

really great location!! lovely clean room and really comfortable bed! not noisy at night! adriana was so lovely and really helpful when we asked for places to go etc! cannot recommend enough we will be back!!

Would I book again? Most definitely.

The location was excellent because it permitted us to walk to the two main beaches and all the restaurants and yet the hotel was in a quiet spot. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Great value for money. Receptionist was exceedingly helpful as she was able to answer every question and made some good recommendations.

A refrigerator in the room would have been good but all in all, only a minor issue

Clean simple hotel in San Sebastian

Well kept Airbnb type hotel.

The ground floor rooms are dark, small and somewhat claustrophobic. We felt like there was lack of air in the room and very difficult to stay with a lot of luggage. Still OK for 1-2 nights, however not a good value for money, considering that it also has no parking.

A fantastic two day stay with great help from the owners!

it is in a perfect location and was very clean. The staff was the very best starting with Adriana and her sisters who are owners. They went out of their way to help us and advise us. They were wonderful

Nothing except there is some road constriction outside that interfered with street access. but this is not a permanent problem.

Beautiful boutique hotel on the less touristy side of San Sebastián. interesting art throughout and gorgeous vintage furniture. really comfortable bed!

the room fronted onto the street and there was lots of construction, all through the night one night. nothing the hotel could do about it and not their fault! the windows were really good and if construction wasn’t happening, it would have been really quiet. if you go and there’s construction, ask for a room further into the interior.

Don't take the downstairs rooms, they are gloomy and no fun to stay in.

Staff were okay

Poor value for money. In this price range I'd expect a 24hr reception, coffee facilities in room, a bigger common/lobby area (especially as downstairs rooms with no window/view are not pleasant to relax in). Our downstairs room stayed damp after showers.
