About this apartment rental

Bright and spacious apartment in the elegant district of Borgo Trento, along the banks of the Adige river, 2 steps from the picturesque district of San Zeno and 400 meters from Castel Vecchio. Just renovated, on the mezzanine floor of a quiet building from which, with a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, you can easily reach the historic center. In a strategic position outside the Ztl area but close to all the places of interest. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is blind in the bedroom) lounge, open kitchen and dining area and entrance. Perfect for families, couples or groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to 1 2-seater sofa bed and a single sofa bed in the lounge. For those with children following, are available, on request, high chair, cots and stroller, bottle warmer, swinging floor chair. In front of the apartment the bus stop n. 61 leads every 20 minutes to the historic center and to the Porta Nuova railway station. In the neighborhood there are paid parking areas (with parking meter-blue stripes) and with parking disc with 1 hour stop (white stripes). Available private garage in underground parking 150 meters from home for 12 euros per day.

The apartment was so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Louisa was also very easy with which to work and responsive. A nice place to stay for our Verona visit.

Moon river was a perfect base for our week long stay in Verona - a 12 minute walk to the Arena and all the other sites, but no crowds or tourist prices to deal with. The apartment was perfectly prepared. Clean bed linen and towels, comfortably furnished and decorated , and a kitchen equipped just like home. We ate out a lot but could make our own coffee breakfast, snacks etc whenever we felt like it. The apartment is a short taxi or bus ride from the station and the access instructions were all absolutely clear and easy to follow. I’ll happily stay there for my next visit to Verona.

This apartment is located in a quiet residential area about a 15-minute walk from the center of Verona. It is very comfortable, well equipped, and pleasant. The owner, Luisa, is right on top of any issues and is extremely helpful.

We had a comfortable stay in this lovely property in Verona, not too far from the historic district, in a lovely neighborhood. Property was very clean and well maintained and our host Luisa was very nice & communicative. We enjoyed our time immensely in Verona!

My family and my sisters family stayed here for a week. It slept 5 very comfortably and was in a nice location. Almost everything we wanted to do in Verona was walkable. We loved the kitchen and prepped meals and played games. Communication with the owner was amazing. We loved our stay!

Enjoyed this property. Verona is a great town to visit and this location was great for us. Not in the touristy area but close enough so we felt like we could tour but not be overrun by the crowds. Clean, easy check in/out, and AC during a hot spell.

My family and I had a fantastic week staying in Verona in the Moon River Apartment. Luisa was a brilliant host - communications were very clear and check in was very easy. The apartment was very clean and very well appointed. The location was great - 10 minutes walk from the city centre plus the no 61 bus stop immediately outside the apartment meant it was easy to get to the train station. Verona is a beautiful city and everyone we met was very friendly. We highly recommend Gelateria La Romana, 5 minutes walk from the apartment. We had a lovely week and hope to return again in the future.

The apartment was very cozy and well organized. We especially appreciated the air conditioners (with individual units in each bedroom and living space) given the exceptionally warm weather we were experiencing during our stay. The beds were comfortable. I liked that each bedroom had it's own "en suite" bathroom. The kitchen had all of the basic amenities to feel welcome/at home. The location is very nice; about a 10 minute walk into "central old town Verona", and quiet enough in the evenings to be peaceful. I appreciated the flexibility and assistance that was provided by the host during our stay. It worked out to be a perfect place for the 3 of us in our group to stay and come home to after enjoying Verona and environs for several days.

Great location just outside city center with air conditioning. Neighbor restaurants & bars welcoming and good value. Owner quick to respond. Door to apartment should be named or numbered. Just in case, first floor apartment on the right after you enter building.

We were 2 friends staying for 5 nights to enjoy Verona and see “Aida” I. The Arena. We loved the apartment and it’s layout, particularly the little balcony. The apartment is well-furnished and ideally situated. We were near local shops and eating places and within easy walking of the city centre. I highly recommend it.

Very good location and host was always available for advice or problem solving. As there did not appear to be one a map showing location of the various restaurants, shops etc listed in the welcome booklet would have been useful.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Detaillierte Infos über Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten inbegriffen. Wohnung war sehr geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Beste Lage für den Besuch der Sehenswürdigkeiten, da alles in der Innenstadt zu Fuß in 20 min. erreichbar. Für die Anreise mit Auto unbedingt den angebotenen Parkplatz mitbuchen.

The location was within walking distance of the tourist attractions we wanted to see in Verona Luisa was a great host, she organized underground parking for us and provided guidance on restaurants to eat and places to visit.
