A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED :(

Well, the location is oky, as its close by to mall of the emirates.

the hotel room was old and stains on the sofa, smells al little odd like cigarettes, and to make it worst at 6am a horrible sound at the next door construction site, perfect way to ruined our vacation :(

Recommendable for future stay

Room was Clean, comfortable and fully furnished. Location was also good. Valet free parking was available. Nice bed to get good sleep

No Valet parking staff available before 7am so if you want to check out before that - you get your own car from Valet. Bathrobe, Dental kit and room slippers - all were provided on request and nothing was available in the room already.

Poor ambiance..cheap decor..cheap color combinations..no amenities in the room..limited supply of drinking water just 2 bottles..There was literally a concrete pillar inside the room..awful..Old furniture.. crumpled curtains..Average breakfast

فندق استثنائي بكامل العاملين فيه جميعهم متميزون

أعجبني كل شيء في هذا الفندق الجميل خصوصا الأخت السورية التي في الاستقبال وأعتقد اسمها إليزا كانت متعاونه جدا معي حيث ان حجزي كان غرفتين احداهما ماستر بسرير واحد والثانيه بسريرين وهذا الذي حجزته عن طريق بوكنق ولكن عند حضوري للفندق تفاجئت ان الحجز غرفتين كل غرفه بسرير واحد وحاولت التواصل مع بوكنق لكن للأسف لم اجد ردا وهذا دليل ع عدم اهتمامهم بعملائهم بعد الحجز إلا ان الإخت السوريه تفهمت وضعي وثاني يوم نقلتني وأسرتي للشقه المطلوبه فزعه منها فلها كل التقدير والاحترام

Good location, room was comfortable althought lighting can be improved. Breakfast was great. Easy access to mall of emirates and lots food options around the hotel.

Not negative experience, just one improvement area the lighting was very dull it could be bit brighter lighting in the rooms.

Breakfast was good - Car Valet service poor only 7am to 7pm

Comfortable, and our family enjoyed our stay. Worth the money we paid for.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for those travelling with family.

Excellent location. Located 10-min walk from Mall of Emirates and its Metro Station. Nice quiet neighborhood however all amenities (groceries, restaurants, pharmacy etc.) available close by. Major Dubai attractions are 20-25 mins taxi ride away.

Availability of taxis in evening times was a challenge sometimes although Uber & Careem services were available.

Pricey, not worth the money...

Location is good as you can walk around all the shop and restaurants. All cuisines available in the vicinity. Mall of Emirates is just 5 mins walk away. If you get this Hotel max upto 300 to 400 AED per night then go for it.

Not worth the money they charged. Should not be more than a 3-star hotel. - Curtains were all wrinkled. - Open electric wires can be seen near the bed. - Broken Lamps. - Dirty window glasses. Very limited In-Room dining options. Didn't seem to be resonating the Hilton brand. Needs lot of improvement.

Excellent location, fabulous breakfast and courteous staff

The hotel was conveniently located within couple of minutes walk to Mall of Emirates. The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. The staff at breakfast were very welcoming and exceptionally helpful catering to everyone’s needs.

Great stay at the Doubletree by Hilton

Easy check in we arrived late and there was no issue, A good location with restaurants and grocery near by and a 5 minute walk to Mall of the Emirates. Starbucks in lobby, The housekeepers attentive and willing to help. Very quite.

Strong smell of cleaning products used in the hallway of the floor we stayed on. There is some construction going on nearby

Kindest staff & convenient location!!!!

The location is fantastic & you can walk to the mall & wonderful restaurants. Mostly, the staff was phenomenal! Everyone is polite, helpful, and they go the extra mile to make their guests feel welcome! The breakfast buffet is top notch as well!

Location was good. Clean property. Good staff.

Room was good but air conditioning wasn't good. The temperature control was fixed to 24 degree or it can be reduced making it too cold for the night.

Absolutely amazing!

It was very clean, the workers are such hardworkers. Every staff member were very friendly and smiley. Location was very good too had a lot of things around. If any problem did occur they came straight away to solve it. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! You will never be disappointed

The pool water was cold, a suppose due to high building blocking the sun that could hit the water. There was o sun hitting that certain pool area.

Breakfast is too expensive. Breakfast is a meal that majority of people don’t like to eat a lot, we all eat very less first thing in the morning because majority of us don’t really feel hungry but dhm78 or dhm92 each person is a rip off price. Staff not professional, they chased me out of the hotel while I was getting in my taxi and asked about the money for my breakfast bill while they could have easily add it to my bill
