Patrick and Désirée's accommodation met my expectations. Well-appointed studio, practical for spending a few days in the Bruges region. I would like to emphasize that Patrick and Désirée are very responsive, attentive and helpful hosts.
To be even better, this accommodation would benefit from having a firmer mattress. Also note: the windows of the studio look directly into the garden of the neighbors of the adjoining house (lack of privacy without closing the curtains).

Patrick and Deidree were very helpful with the apartment and the local area giving us recommendations and even taking us to the train station after our stay. Great spacious apartment with kitchen facilities, nice hot shower and a very comfy bed, we slept like logs! The bikes were a bonus to get in and out of town easily. Lovely touches with welcome treats and Belgian beer made it very welcoming.
Nothing!

A lovely safe, warm, and cosy space for a trip to Bruges. Bikes were a welcome surprise to explore the town. Generous and kind hosts. I would stay again!

Patrick was a friendly, helpful and very informative host. His summerhouse was very clean and tidy and was exactly as described online. It is far enough out of town to avoid all the hustle and bustle but a reasonable walking distance into Bruges City centre (20-25 minutes), however Patrick also has bikes guest may use if you'd prefer to get there quicker.
The Summerhouse is very compact, however this is well advertised in its description online. For our 3 night stay where we spent most of the time exploring the city and wider area it was ideal. However if in times of bad weather it is a small premise to have to spend more than one day at a time stuck inside. Definitely not a criticism just for information.

The owner was excellent, very entertaining, full of information , very helpful.
The accommodation is in what appears to be a former garage with an extension in front (to give it a window and to hold a partitioned off toilet and shower)attached to the owners house which is what is shown in the photo, i.e. not where you stay. It is ‘furnished’ with obsolete stuff from the house…even a huge linen basket and big old ‘fridge…and little room for us.

Patrick is a very, super cozy host
The house has everything and more you might need and is super pleasant
Everything went above and beyond our expectations due to Patrick's effort to always make sure all was good. If you are having doubts choosing between a hotel or Patrick , that should not be a question at all, go to Patrick's house, you will never make a better option!
Everything was perfect

If you would like personal help with navigating Brugge and some background information about the city this place it the place to be! Calm and cozy, yet close to the centrum of the city. Bikes at your disposal and everything you need. Stocked fridge at arrival and coffee with a little snack box. Clean and decorated nicely. The owners are very kind! Thanks for the wonderful days! We strongly advice to book your stay here.
Do know that the bathroom is not divided by a door but rather by a curtain.

As previously, Patrick even picked us up from the railway station. Left some cheese, butter, 2 beers and fruit juices and milk and even provided some of his own chickens eggs.
Not as clean as last time.
