Voor 1 nacht ok, maar voor dat geld kies ik volgende keer voor iets anders hoor.

Locatie was perfect gelegen. Het ontbijt was in orde.

De badkamer was zo verouderd. De bedden lagen slecht. Uit het putje van de lavabo kwam erg vieze geur uit. De televisie werkte enkel met storend beeld en geluid, we kregen een andere afstandsbediening, zelfs deze werkte niet... 👿

endroit tranquille et facile d'accès facilité pour trouver à manger et à boire à tout moment et sans difficulté pour trouver une table beaucoup d'activités pour les familles parking gratuit

le bruit provenant du camping à proximité en fin de soirée et une partie de la nuit les très nombreux moustiques ! parking non-sécurité et donc difficile de trouver de la place pour se garer à certains moments de la journée à cause des gens extérieurs à l'hôtel qui y viennent

Hygiëne, slechte geur in de badkamer , heel onvriendelijke man aan de receptie, zelfs toont dat hij geen respect heeft, spreekt luid en boertig.

We hadden wel wat meer verwacht van het hotel, maar het ontbijt en goede bedden heeft veel goed gema

De bedden en ontbijt waren heel goed. Personeel was ook heel vriendelijk. Kamers zijn mooi groot.

Officieel mochten we al om half 4 inchecken maar wij kwamen pas om half 6 aan. Sleutel van de kramer gekregen. Echter toen we bij de kamer aankwamen stond de deur open en was die nog steeds niet schoon gemaakt. Beneden bij de receptie gaan melden en we kregen meteen een nieuwe kamer. De kamers zijn zeer gedateerd. Stopcontacten wat los hangen. Schuifwand douches zitten helemaal los. Sproeier sproeide alle kanten op.

De ligging was top met trammetje naar de stad,, 😁, rustig in jullie regio dan, en zeker geen meeuw die herrie maakt 🤭

Idéal pour une nuit de passage.

L’emplacement avec le parking compris. J’ai trouvé les lits confortable et le linge propre. Un frigo dans la pièce est approprié quand il fait chaud.

Il manquait de la lumière dans la salle de bain, car 1 des 2 ampoule était abîmée. Pas d’air conditionné dans les chambres. Ma fenêtre était ouverte avec le soleil dans la chambre. Une chaleur étouffante et le moustiquaire était troué ! Le jeune homme a l’accueil pas sympa, heureusement la dame du lendemain plus souriante.

Prima hotel voor de prijs.

Goede kamer en alles was netjes en schoon. Ontbijt was compleet. Locatie vlakbij het gezellige Blankenberg is goed.

Het heeft de gezelligheid van een ziekenhuis.

Ça va dommage pour la chambre

L’emplacement et le petit-déjeuner

Les bruits catastrophiques pendant la nuit. On dirait qu’il y avait une chaudière ou ventilateur au-dessus de notre chambre. Ça faisait beaucoup de bruit. On a eu du mal à dormir à cause de ça.

Hôtel calme répondant à nos attentes. Nous n'avons même pas entendu le car d'enfants qui séjournaient à l'hôtel.

hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Das Zimmer war nach hinten raus;es war absolut ruhig.Wir mussten für unseren Hund 20 Euro extra bezahlen.Durch den Seitenausgang war die Anlage schnell verlassen,die große Gartenanlage war gepflegt und hat dem Hund sehr gefallen.Wir hatten ein Studio mit Kochnische und haben uns selbst verpflegt.

Frühstück,Mittag-und Abendessen haben einen stolzen Preis.

A great place to enjoy the beach dunes and visit Bruges

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at the hotel. Our family studio was well designed, clean, and made out of nice materials. The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking is easy. The kids had lots of fun on the mini-golf course (which is run down, but still enjoyable). And the location--a short walk from a big clean beach with fantastic dunes--is superb. It was an easy drive down for Bruges sightseeing, too. All in all, we were very pleased by our choice.

If there were more eating options nearby, that would be great.

Great location, friendly staff, good facilities

Very friendly and efficient staff, comfortable room, very good location, easily accessible via public transport, particularly for someone on a wheelchair. Good facilities, including mini-golf, football pitch, basketball court, snooker, ping pong, but unfortunately no swimming pool.

Could have been cleaner and would benefit from better maintenance. Found sand on the bathroom floor when arrived and the floor was not cleaned during our three-day stay (this has been highlighted by other reviewers). Check-in time at 4pm and check-out time at 10am disappointing, but €25 to extend check-out until 3pm was fairly reasonable. Inventory price list for kitchen utensils totally unreasonable. I had to wash pots/pans, dishes and cutlery before use, as not very clean. Kitchenette extractor did not work.

It was a lovely area & the rooms were good value.

quiet location , close to transit & we also like that there were bike rentals

we thought that the dinner was too expensive. we would have liked a la carte menu option. The cafeteria did not have a menu in English……we asked .

Unbeatable location and fantastic staff

The location was unbeatable, right next to the beach entrance and a tram stop. The staff were also top tier, and incredibly helpful (and also overlooked how embarrassing it was when I tried going through the wrong front door multiple times)

All the amenities in the room were very nice, but a water bottle or two would've been appreciated. It's a minor gripe but using water cups from the bathroom didn't feel exactly great.

nice area close to the beach and the centrum

we discovered by depart that i pad’s cabel 3m long of my son disappered.we told this to personal and they promised to call us. nobody called. we left without cabel and no hearing sorry. it’s not normal that sth dissappers in the hotel and personal is relax! Bathroom really disgusting.

Big comfy rooms, nice premises, comfy beds, good location

Room very basic, so have to have everything with you if need a mug, hair dryer etc.

Very good

We were just trespassing and therefore it was very nice. Even with children. It all looked a bit old and from the past but it was warm, clean and close to the beach. There was a little fridge, TV and WiFi. So, if you don’t care much for the newest style it is a nice place to stay because it has everything you need. The beds were alright as well for a good night rest. We can totally recommend it.
